The hatch opened, and Ye Zhongming saw Jie Su, who wore a cheerful smile.
"Pao Bai just sent me a message, saying that I've abandoned him for you, meeting you so often in such a short time that it rivals our meetings over the years."
After going through many experiences together, Jie Su and Ye Zhongming had become incredibly familiar with each other. He patted Ye Zhongming on the shoulder and laughed.
However, Ye Zhongming nearly fell over from the pat.
Jie Su's expression suddenly changed, and a sharp light flickered in his eyes.
"Who?"
Ye Zhongming shook his head. "It's my own doing, and it has nothing to do with anyone else. We'll talk specifics later; let's discuss the situation first."

Ye Zhongming was slightly surprised, responding with a soft "Oh." This was an unexpected delight; both in quantity and quality, it was completely beyond his expectations.
