The voice was harsh and cold, like the clash of metal and iron.
Upon hearing this voice, Chu Yang did not need to look; an image rose in his mind: emaciated, like firewood, tall, eyes like a hawk, and a complexion like a corpse!
When he looked up, he saw a blue robe standing right in front of him.
Chu Yang smiled, took the last step up the stairs, and stood in front of this person.

The blue-robed person snorted coldly and said, “This seat is the chief enforcer of due south! I am Mu Jiuyou!”
Chu Yang smiled, “So it is Master Chief Enforcer Mu. I apologize, I didn’t catch what you just said due to my nervousness.”
Mu Jiuyou angrily said, “Are you still pretending to be deaf and mute? Chu Yang, Special Envoy Chu! You have such great prestige and heavy killing intent! You came here and killed people in my jurisdiction, like cutting vegetables with a sword, blood flying everywhere! I ask you, what do you rely on?”
Han Xiaoran and the fat man followed behind, along with a person in purple, standing side by side, all looking this way.
Han Xiaoran had a smile on his face, clearly very confident that Chu Yang could get through this.
Chu Yang's expression turned cold, and he said lightly, “Master Chief Enforcer, you are mistaken!”
Mu Jiuyou angrily asked, “Where am I mistaken?”
Chu Yang coldly replied, “I thought Master Chief Enforcer was joking with me, truly did not expect it was serious. Chu Yang calmly responded, “May I ask, Master Chief Enforcer, do law enforcers have records of all individuals in their jurisdiction? Do they keep records of crimes like rape and plunder?”
Mu Jiuyou was taken aback, “What are you trying to say?”
Chu Yang said lightly, “The Sun Family’s people are rampant, colluding with law enforcers, bullying the locals and oppressing men and women! Master Chief Enforcer, you surely cannot be unaware of these matters?”
He continued, “If Master Chief Enforcer claims ignorance, then you should be thanking me.”
Mu Jiuyou glared at him fiercely, filled with anger, yet if he said he knew, it would mean he was condoning their actions; if he claimed ignorance, it would mean he neglected his duties.
“Our task and purpose as law enforcers is to eliminate violence and maintain peace!” Chu Yang said sternly, “For scoundrels like them, why hesitate to kill? Though I may have overstepped, I believe that even Master Law Sovereign would applaud my actions if he were here!”
Mu Jiuyou coldly snorted, “So you mean, you killed someone here and not only are you without fault, but you instead deserve merit?”
“Exactly!” Chu Yang decisively said, “I have eliminated the bad elements in your jurisdiction for Master Chief Enforcer, preserved your reputation, and prevented your negligence! This is a huge contribution to the entire southeast!”
“If Master Chief Enforcer still bears a grudge in his heart, we might as well each write to Master Law Sovereign for his judgment on this matter!”
Mu Jiuyou was speechless; he knew that others might not know, but he certainly did. The chief enforcer had the right to submit a report directly to Master Law Sovereign. If Han Xiaoran really did this… he would probably be in serious trouble!
