[Overview]
A reincarnation of the Fairy Tale Hero known as the “King of Supernatural Ability,” who defeated an evil god centuries ago.
From early childhood, he possessed extraordinary learning and adaptability, which caused those around him to fear him. The gaze and attitude of others became unbearable to young Orun, and eventually, his father applied sealing magic to restrain him.
At about 9 years old, Orun’s village was attacked by the Cyclamen Cult led by Belia and was defeated. Everyone in the village except Orun and Oliver was killed, and the two survivors’ memories were rewritten by cognitive alteration to suit the cult’s agenda. As a result, they were implanted with the belief that conquering the Great Southern Labyrinth was their dream.
Even after becoming an explorer, Orun’s learning and adaptability did not fade; he mastered both martial and magical arts at a high level. However, his physical abilities and high-level offensive magic were sealed by the sealing magic, and ultimately, due to perceived lack of ability, he was expelled from the hero party.
After being expelled, he joined the Silver Rabbits of the Night Sky and was promoted to a clan executive. Since joining, he has been a driving force behind the clan’s rising fortunes—training newcomers, unveiling new magic such as 【Object Float】 and 【Stacking Enhancement】, and winning martial arts tournaments.
Due to the cognitive alteration, Orun had acted deferentially toward Oliver while in the hero party, but after being kicked out, with no one to defer to, he gained greater freedom of action.
As a result, within less than a year of his expulsion, Orun became widely recognized for feats such as solo slaying a black dragon, quelling the hero’s rampage and the demonic beast outbreak, and repelling the empire’s invasion.
In combat, having learned to modify his sealing magic, he ranks top-level at close, mid, and long-range fights. His experience as an enchanter in the hero party also enables him to support teammates effectively, leaving almost no weaknesses. By the end of Chapter 5, he stands among the highest-ranking figures in the story’s world.
