"What? What did you say?"
Although everyone was on the brink of a full-blown conflict, upon hearing about the events occurring in Area C, Mu Xinfey and Guangyao still displayed signs of anxiety and heartache.
After all, they were born in the resistance zone and deeply understood the foundation and strength of this organization. They never expected or wished to see such a situation arise. At least, this was the case before the complete split.
Only the people from Cloud Summit and Ying City seemed to remain calm. To them, whether Area C lived or died had nothing to do with them.
It was just that Ye Zhongming frowned slightly. The woman had said something unclear earlier, but from some snippets of information, he heard some shocking news.
For example... a blue humanoid monster.

A voice came from the side, and surprisingly, Jas—the one many believed would surely die—had appeared. However, the Rong Clan Holy Armor he wore showed signs of cracking, and one of his arms was slightly distorted.
Clearly, while Jas had survived the attack from the iron lock prisoner, he was gravely injured.

Anman and Jas exchanged glances, both seeing the disbelief in each other’s eyes.
The resistance zone was the largest force in the current country. As the strongest force in Area C, any battle department sent out could be considered a superpower. Yet, such a powerful coalition had suffered a devastating blow? And they were trapped? Without support, were they really facing annihilation?
Furthermore, from Anman, who was in the know, everyone learned that the battle departments currently besieged in Area C were all elite groups, including the Broken Blade Battle Department.
Others may not fully grasp the significance, but the people from the resistance zone understood what it meant.
Once these battle departments were eliminated, Area C would essentially be crippled, and the resistance zone would suffer a severe blow!
Such a situation was far more serious than the split in Area S. At least, not as many people would die in a split.
Thunder Dew waited for a moment, seeing everyone snap out of their shock. She signaled to Anman, and the sub-zone leader walked aside with her for a brief discussion. When Anman returned, his expression was somewhat perplexed.
"The situation with the Broken Blade Battle Department is very dire. Commander Ji hopes everyone can join me in the rescue."
Perhaps feeling insecure, his first sentence came out a bit stiff.
Many revealed sardonic smiles.
Rescue?
It sounded easy. Could the enemy that managed to surround Area C's elite be weak? The various forces here had been heavily weakened by the iron lock prisoner. Would going there mean death rather than rescue?

Jas had just twisted his arm back into place, looking more like a dislocation than a break. Seeing Anman's signal, he spoke up. Mu Xinfey and Guangyao might not give Anman face, but they couldn't ignore Jas.
