Chapter 2718: Kill the Slave Tribe (Part 2) ⚔️

One vehicle in the convoy had clearly undergone multiple special modifications, with visible traces of formations on its body.

This was not something that should belong to Earth; such technology could only be found among the All Races of the Universe.

Around this vehicle, the levels of the Cloud Summit warriors were evidently higher than those of other vehicles. There were three nine-star evolvers, each accompanied by their own ninth-level mutated life battle pets.

This kind of lineup could very well govern a territory.

But now, they were merely guarding a single vehicle.

The carriage was covered with a black curtain, and occasional low growls emanated from beneath it. From time to time, there would be sudden sounds, as if something was crashing against a cage.

The entire convoy came to a halt, and a team of warriors jumped onto the vehicle, lifting the cage on top down quickly and walking briskly to the massive 'screw' and 'staff' between them. The ground there was engraved with a huge formation, with countless channels connecting the entire formation.

Some of these channels were only a few centimeters deep and wide, while others exceeded half a meter in depth and were about forty to fifty centimeters wide.

The formation featured hundreds of connection points, and aside from inscriptions, there were numerous one-meter-wide pits scattered around.

The little demon monsters that had been lifted down were placed beside these pits.

Once there was at least one demon monster next to each pit, the three nine-star evolvers carefully lowered the cage from the modified truck and cautiously walked to the pit at the center of the formation.

The black curtain was lifted, revealing the demon monster inside.

It was a relatively short black creature, curled up in a corner with its head half-buried between its arms and legs, showing only its large, eerie green eyes as it warily observed its surroundings.

There was little hair on its head, with a few sparse pink strands that combined with its eyes and skin color, making it look quite bizarre.

The older Cloud Summit people knew that this demon monster was not simple; it could be said to be the highest-level parasite on Earth. It had escaped from Boss Ye years ago and had been hiding in the shadows ever since. If the Cloud Summit hadn't unified Earth, they might never have found this creature.

In terms of strength, the creature, once referred to as 'little demon monster', was remarkably powerful. Ordinary nine-star evolvers were no match for it, and it was only through the personal efforts of top figures like Mo Ye and Park Soo-young that it was successfully captured.

Mo Ye flew directly to the cage and glanced at the demon monster inside. Showing no caution like the surrounding nine-stars, he casually opened the specially made cage door.

The little demon monster did not seize the opportunity to dash out but continued to sit in the corner, watching Mo Ye.

"Come out," Mo Ye said coldly.

The demon monster was a parasite, and parasites were the 'foundation' of the slave race. The Cloud Summit had gathered so many demon monsters for the evident purpose of dealing with the slave race.

It was not that they couldn't kill it; it was just that killing the slave race before would definitely lead to their escape.

After all the demon monsters were in place, the massive 'screw' and staff structure began to charge. The former started to rotate, gradually increasing in speed, while the top of the latter gathered a faint light, its brilliance growing brighter as time passed.

Mo Ye looked up, squinting, tapping his fingers lightly on his pants as he awaited the final command to be given.

A black flash passed by him, and Mo Ye scoffed, slapping his palm lightly on his leg, instantly creating a light shield at the cage door.

At an exaggerated speed, the 'little demon monster' charged at the light shield, only to be bounced back, black blood oozing from several places on its body.

"At this point, just accept your fate. You weren't even a match for Night when you were at your peak. Now, with all your bones broken, if you can still move, that’s impressive, but do you really think you can turn things around?"
