Kaidanlodi sat quietly, listening to the surrounding people discussing the pros and cons, excitement shining in most of their eyes.

They all believed that for the Hall People, this was a rare opportunity.

In the past, any attempt to take action against the dwarves had been due to an agreement with the Lena People and required the full strength of their faction.

For that plan, just executing the first step took dozens of days to prepare. The logistical supplies had been quietly accumulated over several years.

Even so, at that time, everyone felt the probability of achieving strategic results was only about fifty percent, with forty percent likely returning empty-handed, and a further ten percent chance of failure.

Kaidanlodi was aware of this and had nodded in agreement.

Of course, it wasn't that Kaidanlodi's opinion could sway the tribe's decisions, but as the true first elder of the Hall People and the oldest living monster, everyone respected him for his seniority and strength.

Kaidanlodi was one of the strongest among the Hall People. Although he hadn't fought for hundreds of years, few within their race, let alone the All Races of the Universe, knew of his true power.

Had the war against the dwarves or the Su Clan Alliance occurred, everyone would have witnessed Kaidanlodi's terrifying combat strength.

Even if he did experience a battle, it was possible that his lifespan would be greatly diminished.

Now, the tribe had new ideas, which could profoundly impact their own kin and even the All Races of the Universe.

Everyone came to seek his opinion again.

Seeing that the elder had nodded in agreement, several secluded elders, the clan leader, and a few active elders began discussing specific actions.

At that moment, Kaidanlodi suddenly stood up and, amidst everyone's puzzled gazes, vanished from the room. When he reappeared, he was already high above the city.

Before him stood a man in a black hooded cloak.

The man, whose face was obscured, nodded at Kaidanlodi and then extended a hand, his two fingers aligned as he sliced downward.

At the same time, the sky suddenly darkened, and a tremendous pressure enveloped the entire city.

Kaidanlodi looked up; aside from the darkness, nothing seemed different, but he could feel an immense, unparalleled sword of rules descending from the sky, targeting him.

His expression turned grave; Kaidanlodi raised his hand with his palm facing up, aiming at the invisible sword. Moments later, his eyes widened, and he forcefully brought his palms together.

A massive shockwave surged towards the horizon, breaking through the limits of the artificial fortress and spreading into the sky.

Several nearby satellites shattered, turning to floating debris in space.

The dark sky cleared, returning to its previous calm.

The cloaked man coughed twice and rubbed his chest.

"Library Palace, Ascetic Cultivator." After speaking, he nodded again at Kaidanlodi before turning to leave.

Such a massive energy fluctuation naturally attracted the attention of half the Royal City; many high-ranking Hall People hurried to the vicinity. Seeing Kaidanlodi hovering there, they approached to pay their respects while scanning the surroundings.

After a moment, Kaidanlodi seemed to awaken from a daze and glanced at the people who had been fervently discussing in the room, suddenly speaking, "Let's just consider this matter resolved."

Everyone was momentarily stunned, but no one asked for a reason, as they all recalled the sudden appearance and disappearance of the terrifying energy fluctuation.

"Perhaps they are far stronger than we imagined," Kaidanlodi murmured to himself, completely dispelling the Hall People's thoughts of taking advantage.

Queen Ning Jihua Mei and Ana walked through the palace corridors. Ana, a maid and friend, quietly recounted her previous observations. From that fleet, she had seen countless dragon shadows and the teetering Divine Artisan City in the distance.

"I don't know if my decision was right, but at that time..." A reminiscent look appeared in Ana's eyes.
