Many races calling divine level equipment artifacts is not without reason.
Items of this level possess certain abilities that have actually transcended the concept of ordinary objects, resulting in a somewhat magical transformation.
This transformation may pertain to space, time, or other types, but in short, the hallmark of divine level equipment is the possession of one or even several capabilities that other beings would find supernatural when utilized.
For instance, take the Sunlight Cloak right now; it expanded instantaneously to cover the shooting angle of an entire fleet from a certain direction. This sudden ability to increase its area is something that ordinary equipment cannot achieve.
