Golden Holy Light!
Some also refer to it as the doomsday battleship, the virus ship, or the disaster warship.
Regardless of what it's called, this thing may be the deepest impression people have at the start of the apocalypse.
Even now, Ye Zhongming is still unsure if this type of battleship is the only thing that roulette technology can control.
However, the Golden Holy Light holds significant meaning in the hearts of Earthlings.
Upon seeing two Golden Holy Lights, Mo Ye turned to Xia Lei after the initial shock.
“Star chart, battleship... yes, if one day this thing in the sky disappears, then we should have entered the universe to see what lies in the depths of the star sea.”
Xia Lei gestured towards the Golden Holy Light.
“Are you looking to see what's there or are you hoping to conquer it?” Mo Ye didn’t believe what Xia Lei said earlier; if it weren't for Zhong Ming, this woman might not have such a big heart after the apocalypse.
“Sister, am I that kind of person? I just thought that if we have no way of dealing with those slave races, then when the Earth reaches its end, we must have some means to fight back, right?”
The first half of her sentence was somewhat joking, but the latter half was very serious.
Mo Ye turned her head again to look at the two Golden Holy Lights quietly hovering there, like two giant beasts. Suddenly she thought of Hatsune and the others; she wondered if they had already started their novice battlefield.
……………………
While Xia Lei and Mo Ye, the current and future managers of Cloud Summit, faced battleships that surpassed Earth’s technology, Liang Chuyin and the others encountered their greatest challenge since entering the planet hunting grounds.
While they were hunting, they suddenly encountered another group of prey.
What should have been a steady victory suddenly added many variables.
No matter how good the equipment or how close their strength was to two thousand fuleira, they were ultimately just new arrivals in the universe, and any random life form could be stronger than them.
Previously they only needed to deal with dozens of prey, but now the number had suddenly increased to nearly three hundred.
When this happened, Liang Chuyin chose to flee at the first moment.
This made Ye Zhongming, who was watching them on the light barrier, nod repeatedly.
This was the best way to handle the situation right now.
However... Ye Zhongming looked around at the terrain. Since he had a god's perspective, he quickly caught sight of something unusual.
These prey had been led here by someone.
Ye Zhongming had been paying close attention, but the live broadcast on the light barrier was limited. Unless you continuously switched between several live sources, or separate monitors, you couldn't see the entire area; that was a privilege reserved for the organizers.
After switching to several monitoring locations, Ye Zhongming discovered that these prey that had suddenly appeared in Hatsune's hunting ground had not moved here by themselves; someone had deliberately brought them.
Looking at the figures wandering around, Ye Zhongming thought of Amus.
Could it be her people who did this?
If so, it wouldn’t be surprising for a woman whose life was consumed by hatred.
However, to prepare for today, she must have paid quite a price.
Treasure Island... this organization, considered quite mysterious among the All Races of the Universe, was the first time Ye Zhongming felt a sense of disgust.
Sometimes, being hostile is just being hostile, and it’s better to meet and fight directly, straightforwardly.
For example, the Hall People; due to the complex relationships among the high levels of the All Races of the Universe and the obvious clashes between powerful clans, they couldn’t directly attack Ye Zhongming and the Star-Eye Clan, but they made it clear they looked down on him, that they were hostile, and that they would kill him if conditions allowed.
But what about Treasure Island? In this powerful and mysterious organization, Ye Zhongming didn’t think Amus would be an especially important person. For revenge, she must have utilized many resources and directly ordered many people. Why would Treasure Island allow her to do this? Did this woman have some other identity?
