In the dark and damp basement, Lou Xiaoyu was slightly out of breath, holding a whip in his hand.

As an evolver, there were not many things that could make him gasp for air. Recently, aside from having some fun with women in bed, the only thing that had him breathing heavily was teaching a lesson to this woman with a ghostly face.

"Not talking?" Lou Xiaoyu lifted the woman's chin with the whip, looking at her bloodied and ugly face. "You may not say a word, but we already know. Cloud Summit Villa, right? "Be smart and tell us how many evolvers you have over there, how many guns, how many two-star evolvers, and if there are any professional fighters! If you tell us these, we will let you go, how about that?"

Seeing the woman look at him coldly and then lower her eyelids, Lou Xiaoyu felt a surge of anger rising in his heart for some reason.

After nearly a day of brutal torture, this woman had actually not said a single word! Her body had been whipped to shreds; how was this ugly creature able to endure such pain and not even groan?

When his father, Lou Zhengxiao, had handed over this woman, who was said to be a two-star evolver, to him, Lou Xiaoyu had boasted that he would extract the desired information within hours. But now, after so long, he hadn’t gotten a single hair of information.

However, her gaze remained calm and unwavering as she looked at the man who was torturing her, as if she were staring at a dead person.

Lou Xiaoyu half-opened his mouth, his face shrouded in gloom under the firelight. He reached out to tear off Xia Bai’s clothes. He had a plan; after using this woman once, he would threaten her with her half-pretty face to make her speak. Otherwise, he would truly disfigure her! Then burn her alive, burn her alive!

At that moment, the door was pushed open, and someone walked in. Lou Xiaoyu turned around and roared, "Get out!"

The person who came in was startled and trembled, hesitating for a moment before approaching Lou Xiaoyu and whispering, "Second Young Master, someone has come from the lake, saying they are here for this woman."
