It wasn’t just a sound; it was something everyone felt, as if the entire room resonated with that feeling.
It was a silent explosion of energy, an uncontrollable surge that emanated from the excitement, joy, surprise, and shock that everyone felt all at once.
Each person was slightly dizzy from the shockwave, but more importantly, it was the news itself that left everyone stunned.
How long had Ye Zhongming been in the sky? Several months! Cloud Summit had already conquered half of the national district; many had sacrificed, and many had evolved. The internet celebrity and Big Yellow had both reached the ninth level.
It wouldn’t be accurate to say that everything had changed, but it certainly felt like a long time had passed.
In the national district, no, on Earth, every Cloud Summit person believed he was number one, unmatched by anyone, whether they were evolvers or mutated beings.
But up in the sky, it was a completely different story.
From the initial news of the apocalypse to the later introduction of the agent system, everyone realized that outside of Earth, there were powerful life forms existing.

Earthlings, who had not yet entered the interstellar era, were incredibly fragile in front of alien civilizations.
The absence of news for such a long time was inconsistent with the boss's character. Even if nothing unfortunate had happened, it was likely due to a lack of power to send down even the simplest message.

After a brief silence, everyone erupted, bombarding her with questions. This was not just the young people like Little Tiger and Young Master Yun; even Le Da Yuan and others were very anxious.
