This is Satou. When it comes to the final chapters of a story, the protagonist often faces one crisis after another. Ideally, I’d like to avoid such unreasonable troubles in real life. Then again, life rarely goes as planned...

"Arisa, help me seal the Demon World Gate."
"Okay, leave it to me!"
Arisa immediately agreed to my request.
"Hold the space stable, please."
"Got it!"
When we defeated the high-rank demon who was the gate’s guardian and possessed a unique skill, we utterly destroyed the space in front of the gate with anti-god magic, making the spatial condition a bit unstable.
Purple mysterious space was exposed from the walls, which felt somewhat unsettling.
I carried Arisa and entered the mysterious subspace.
"Ugh, seeing it up close, the gate’s taste really sucks."
"I don’t think it was always like this from the start."
The gate leading to the Demon World, made of mysterious purple metal, bore reliefs of young girls, but black veins resembling blood vessels ran over the surface, making the girls appear to have agonized expressions.
"Those black streaks look like materialized miasma," I said.
Since they didn’t vanish even when exposed to my spirit light, it must be very high concentration miasma.
"Is that space beyond the gate the Demon World?"
I overheard Lady Ringlande’s whisper with my eavesdropping skill.
Come to think of it, they hadn’t seen the mysterious space inside the Purple Tower’s walls before.
"I can tell you that is not the Demon World."
"Hmm, a mysterious subspace."
Nana and Mia relayed the previous investigation results to Lady Ringlande.
"Master, the feel is strange, but I’ve got the space under control."
Arisa was quick with her work.
"Alright then, I’m counting on you here. If anything happens, get out immediately."
"Got it, Master. You be careful too."
I entrusted the aftermath to Arisa and touched the Demon World Gate.
This gate isn’t a literal door but a kind of teleportation gate.
According to the AR display, there was a barrier on the gate’s surface, but when I touched it, it shattered with a glass-like sound and vanished.
—Damn.
With the barrier gone, I realized the black stuff on the surface wasn’t miasma.
It was that black sludge-like thing that God Zaikuon used for reinforcement last time.
The black sludge peeled off from the door’s surface and spread like a slime about to devour me.
I anticipated this and drew my Divine Sword to annihilate it all.
Fortunately, it was less dense than the black sludge infecting God Zaikuon and vanished easily.
After waiting for the pitch-dark violet mist to clear, I touched the Demon World Gate again.
The next moment, my body was transported beyond the gate.

"—Demon World Corridor?"
Checking the map name, I found this was not the Demon World but a corridor created inside that mysterious space.
About nine corridors extended outward.
Since there were 24 Purple Towers left, it seemed not all were connected.
"The Demon World is further ahead..."
Well, there’s no need to go all the way to the Demon World.
It’d be troublesome if a fight broke out near the exit.
Like Arisa did earlier, I used spatial magic to permeate my magic power into the Demon World Corridor, especially thoroughly at the roots of the corridors.
Once sufficiently permeated, I moved to the next step.
Using the permeated magic as fuel, I unleashed "Spatial Destruction (Smasher)" to simultaneously destroy all nine corridors.
—Spatial Destruction (Smasher).
A light that could rival the creation of heaven and earth filled the corridors, followed shortly by a vibration and roar that threatened to cause atomic collapse in my body.
Thanks to the Castle’s multiple activations, I managed to endure and checked the surroundings.
—Destruction complete.
The map was torn to shreds to the point where it was impossible to tell where the corridors had been.
The first phase was done.
Next, Hikaru’s specialty, the anti-god magic "Myth Extinction (Mythology Extension)," would annihilate the remaining connections to the Demon World.
