CHAPTER 60: You Must Compensate
The law enforcer with a hooked nose held up a black token high above his head. In the middle of the token was a blood-red, gleaming character for "law." He shouted loudly, "By the order of the Law Enforcement Hall, capture the vile criminal Xiao Yulong! Anyone who dares obstruct will be killed without mercy! Anyone who hinders the law will be held equally accountable!"
Several law enforcers swiftly drew their swords, their eyes filled with murderous intent as they looked at the nearly hundred experts from the Xiao Clan, wearing cold smiles and showing no fear.

One slapped, the other kicked, their faces full of resentment.
Then, they took out a rope made from the tendons of a spirit beast soaked in water, binding Xiao Yulong like a pig. Just as he was recovering from the shock and pain and was about to speak, a foul-smelling cloth was roughly stuffed into his mouth. Immediately after, he was hit on the back of his head and fell face-first to the ground. When he was dragged up again, the rope binding him was tied to a horse's tail, leaving a two-meter-long section.
The hooked-nose law enforcer swept his sharp gaze over the Xiao Clan members and said sternly, "Besides Xiao Yulong, there are a few accomplices. When I call your names, step forward voluntarily. If anyone doesn’t step forward, everyone present will be implicated!"
He then shouted, "Xiao Changyu! Li Chasing Wind! Liu Meng!…"
He named three more people.
The three, with faces full of frustration, stepped out from the crowd. The law enforcers pounced on them like wolves and tigers and treated them the same way as Xiao Yulong. In an instant, these members of the Xiao Clan, who had been domineering in Ping Sha Ridge, were brought to justice. They were all tied to the horse’s tails, waiting to be dragged away.
The leading hooked-nose law enforcer whistled, "Go! Collect the team!" A whip was cracked on the horse’s back, while another whip was fiercely swung onto Xiao Yulong's back!
The horses galloped away swiftly.
The other three law enforcers followed suit, each giving two lashes. The horses whinnied in pain, while the people cried out in agony, their skin breaking and blood flying.
Xiao Yulong and the other three were dragged behind the horses, with their cultivation levels sealed; after just two steps, they were pulled down to the ground. They were dragged away while screaming in pain.
Within less than twenty meters, clear trails of blood appeared on the ground…
