CHAPTER 28: The God of Wealth Has Arrived
The short and stout man let out a sharp shout and immediately charged forward.
Qin Baoshan's sword, resembling autumn water, suddenly transformed into a Sword Mountain, descending upon him!
He didn’t even feign an attack; his strike was a powerful decisive kill!
With a series of clangs, the short and stout man laughed like thunder, crazily advancing amidst a flurry of sword light. As he swung his sword down, he simply raised his hand to block it! The flesh of his palm met the sword's edge, producing a sound of metal clashing against metal!
After hundreds of clashes, Qin Baoshan had already retreated more than ten steps.
The short and stout man laughed and said, “I won't play with you anymore, hurry up and prepare the Amethyst!” He thrust his palm towards Qin Baoshan’s chest. Qin Baoshan desperately dodged, the sword strikes raining down like a storm.
But one of the opponent's hands slipped in like a ghost, striking straight to his chest with power!
“Bang!”
Qin Baoshan suddenly spat out blood and stumbled back.

“Your skills are indeed impressive!” Qin Baoshan said, touching his shoulder, gritting his teeth.
“Do you refuse to accept it?” The short and stout man looked at him sideways.
“Hmph!” Qin Baoshan snorted coldly and said, “Go fetch three hundred pieces of Amethyst!”
The round-faced middle-aged man understood the situation was dire, and since Qin Baoshan had already paid the price, if he didn’t know his place now, it would truly be a scene of corpses everywhere.
He complied and rushed inside.
Not long after, he returned, holding a White Crystal box, his face twisted with reluctance!
The short and stout man laughed heartily, beckoning with his hand, and the White Crystal box flew into his hand with a whoosh. He smiled and said, “The mountains are high and the waters long, until we meet again!”
He soared into the air, vanished into the night sky without a trace.
Looking in the direction he went, it was towards the north!
A few hundred miles to the north, there lay a dense forest. Beyond this forest was not the base of Ping Sha Ridge, but the Sunken Sand Valley.
The law enforcers were left with grim faces, dumbfounded.
Qin Baoshan let out a muffled groan.
Only then did the others come to their senses: “Big brother, are you alright?”
Qin Baoshan snorted coldly and said, “It’s… nothing serious. That palm strike he delivered to my chest clearly held back. I spat out some blood, but it’s nothing. However, that last finger of his sealed my left shoulder, left arm, and left hand.”

Everyone looked and was shocked!
The sword blade was actually covered in numerous nicks! At first glance, it appeared very uniform, giving one the illusion that it was not a sword, but a saw!
And a double-sided saw at that!
This was an incredibly rare good sword, wielded to its full potential by Qin Baoshan at the lord-level sixth rank, yet the opponent had merely used his palm to shatter it with hundreds of nicks!
Thirteen people simultaneously gasped in horror.
“If we had rushed him all at once… lying on the ground right now would be our fourteen bodies!” Qin Baoshan's gaze was cold, surveying around.
Everyone shivered: “All thanks to big brother! Big brother, you’ve suffered!”
