The fleet consisted of a total of twenty-one ships.

The Fundebie Kingdom's navy had twenty ships, and onboard one of them were Fiona and Oscar from the Debuhi Empire, along with Robert Pirlo from the Alliance, followed by the Skizblaznil Vessel.

"It's nice to have our own ship, isn't it?"

Standing at the bow of the Skizblaznil Vessel trailing at the back, Ryo expressed his thoughts while looking at the ships ahead.

His arms were crossed, giving him a rather haughty appearance.

"Are you talking about the Empire? The fact is, the Empire's mainland is a completely landlocked country with no access to the sea. They neither own ships nor seem to have any intention of acquiring them... All the ships ahead are operated by the Fundebie Navy, right?"

"Indeed, in the end, it will be us, the Naitorei Kingdom, who will dominate the seven seas."

"What are you talking about, dominating the seven seas? I hear I'm the king of the Naitorei Kingdom, but I have no such intentions at all."

"I understand, great leaders don't need to concern themselves with the trivialities. We'll take care of that."

Abel frowned as he spoke, while Ryo grinned mischievously and nodded, clearly putting on an act.

"I don't know; it was my subordinates who acted on their own. I will create a situation where I can wriggle out of responsibility like that. Rest assured."

"Ah, I can’t feel at ease at all!"

"If we control the seas, then we've already achieved half of world domination!"

"...Hey, are you even listening to what I'm saying?"

"Of course. Actually, I can hear you, but I'm tuning it out so that I can later say I have no recollection of it."

"...I see."

Abel shook his head slightly.

Just as Ryo was about to elaborate on his world domination schedule, Captain Paulina arrived.

"Excuse me, your majesty. The Papal Barge Archangel has sent a signal flag requesting time for a discussion."

"Reply that I understand."

Abel responded, glancing at Ryo.

In response, Ryo nodded.

"Sure, I can transport Abel to the Archangel anytime with a single leap."

"A leap? I will convey that to the Archangel."

Captain Paulina seemed to not fully understand but decided to stick to her role.

One hour later.

The fleet had come to a halt in international waters.

A summit was to be held aboard the flagship, the Archangel.

Members of the Empire were seriously approaching the Papal Barge Archangel on a small boat equipped on their ship.

Both Fiona and Oscar were on board.

Above them, the two from the kingdom flew by.

"Truly an abomination," Oscar muttered resentfully as he watched.

However, Fiona understood.

It was clear that Oscar harbored a deep-seated hatred for Duke Rondo, but he equally recognized him as a formidable opponent.

Such sentiments were encapsulated in the term 'abomination.'

As proof, Oscar murmured afterward, "Should I train to fly as well?"

Leaders from various countries gathered aboard the Papal Barge, which was also the fleet's flagship.

From the Fundebie Kingdom were Pope Graham and Cardinal Stefania.

From the Empire were Duke Rubine Fiona and Count Oscar Lusk.

From the Kingdom were King Abel the First and Duke Rondo Ryo Mihara.

From the Alliance was Robert Pirlo... and of course, the captain of the guard Grown as well.

In fact, Robert Pirlo had apparently eaten on the Archangel.

Originally, he was supposed to be on a different ship, but it seemed he was behaving quite freely.

Later, an inquisitor from a certain water attribute mage reportedly muttered, "His Majesty Count Robert Pirlo is indeed the most free-spirited."

Stefania began the explanation.

"I will now explain the schedule for the days ahead."

With that, the explanation began.

After crossing the sea and arriving at the Northern Shore of the Dark Continent, the plan was to head south along the western coast of the continent.

Along the way, they planned to stop at several port towns for supplies and health management.

"Of course, please be aware that the schedule may shift due to unfavorable weather or unexpected issues."
