Note From Developer: I’m a big fan of Chinese web novels, but I often came across great stories with poor translations. That’s why I started this website! My goal is to make this the best web novel translation site out there. If you have any suggestions or feedback, feel free to reach out on Discord or Instagram.

When the two arrived on the southern castle wall, they found Prince Zorn, along with what appeared to be commanders, lined up and looking out over the walls.
Indeed, it seemed like there were hundreds of them, but there was a familiar silhouette...
"The ones looking to fight aren't human."
"That silhouette looks familiar."
"Yes. It's demon Garwin and his kin."
"This is the dark continent, right? Why are they here?"
"Just as we were transported to the Archipelago Sea Region, they may have been sent to this dark continent."
In response to Abel's question, Ryo provided a hypothesis.
The reason they were transported to the Archipelago Sea Region was due to a surge of Garwin's magical power or magic.
It is believed that Garwin and the other demons can manipulate gravity.
Einstein once said that gravity is a distortion of space.
If that is the case, then it is undeniable that gravity and space are closely related.
Thus, if a demon's magical power or magic goes out of control, space may warp and send them to a faraway place... somehow, it makes sense.
"A poor demon, transported by his own magic."
"So, does that mean that the situation occurring now is also related to the Naitorei Kingdom?"
"I can't really argue against that..."
Ryo frowned at Abel's words.
"But if Garwin hadn't attacked the Bardale Principality, there wouldn't have been a problem, and if he hadn't clashed with the kingdom, there wouldn't have been any surges of magical power or magic... so ultimately, I think all the responsibility lies with Garwin."
"That's true."
However, their targets did not let the two go unnoticed.
They must have spotted Ryo and Abel as they appeared on the castle wall.
Even though they were about four hundred meters away...
"You two came out, Ryo, Abel! I have business with you!"
Garwin shouted.
His voice, impossible for a human to produce, clearly reached the top of the castle wall.
"You're mistaken!"
Ryo reflexively retorted.
Though it wasn't a very loud voice, it seemed Garwin had good hearing.
"I'm not mistaken!"
"I couldn't deceive you."
"Of course not."
Abel shook his head slightly at Ryo's report.
However, those on the castle wall were surprised to hear the exchange between Ryo and Garwin.
Among them, Prince Zorn, whose expression was particularly astonished, spoke up.
"Excuse me, but do you know Duke Rondo, that invader?"
"Oh, um..."
Ryo hesitated on how to respond and glanced at Abel.
"Prince Zorn, that is the demon Garwin, who has rampaged through our Naitorei Kingdom as well."
"A demon!"
Abel's response shocked Zorn.
"A demon...?"
"One from the legends?"
"One who turned half the continent to ashes?"
"Stopped the destruction after being persuaded by the wise man Ndon and retreated into the depths of the continent?"
"But that wasn't named Garwin, right?"
"In any case, he's not someone humans can defeat..."
The people on the castle wall exchanged such conversations.
It seems there are legends of demons even in the dark continent.
"Your majesty just said earlier, 'he rampaged through the kingdom.' Has that demon been in the Central Nations?"
"Yes, your highness. A year ago, our kingdom mobilized all its forces to subjugate that demon Garwin. Ultimately, the magic released by Garwin went out of control, and Duke Rondo and I were transported to the Archipelago Sea Region... to put it simply, the Eastern Nations."
"I see..."
"We also received reports that the demon and his kin vanished at the same time. They must have been transported to this dark continent."
Abel explained.
After hearing that, the people on the castle wall fell silent.
Perhaps they couldn't keep up with the shock of being suddenly transported to a place they only knew by name, the Eastern Nations, or to the dark continent...
While the state of confusion reigned on the castle wall, it was irrelevant to the ones attacking.
"Here, there is a chief from your country."
As Garwin said this, Chief Battuzon of the Bardale Principality was pulled to the front.
"Chief!"
Upon seeing this, all eyes on the castle wall focused on him.
Indeed, he was the chief who had been reported captured.
