Ryo and Abel found themselves in a difficult situation.
“Abel, what is that over there…?”
In the distance, something huge was lying by the riverbank.
“It’s my first time seeing it too, but I think it’s probably a behemoth…”
Abel replied in a hushed voice.
Of course, considering the common sense, talking normally wouldn’t be heard at this distance, but still, it felt better to speak quietly.
What if it attacked due to some misunderstanding…?
“Looks like you want to hunt it, Abel.”
“Not at all!”
A gigantic monster easily exceeding one hundred meters in length.

Compared to Abel, who was sweating and speaking quietly, Ryo seemed somewhat excited.
For Ryo, this was a sight he could never have witnessed back on Earth.
And it was a creature that didn’t exist on Earth.

Abel had participated in wyvern subjugations several times before.

“I don’t think Behi-chan will lose that easily!”
Somehow, Ryo had started calling it Behi-chan.
Well, if one didn’t take its enormous size into account, it did resemble a hippo, so it could be said to be somewhat cute… maybe… not really?
“Attacking a single target like that, it doesn’t even belong in the realm of dragon way.”

Abel replied seriously to Ryo’s absurdity. What a good guy.
The behemoth, which had been lying down, also began to stir, reacting to the imminent threat it faced.
To be specific, it simply got up and went on all fours.
The distance between the grounded behemoth and the six hovering wyverns was about forty meters.
