"Your Excellency, here is a report from Doctor Frank."

This is the office of the allied regent in the Capital Jakelea.
Regent Lord Aubrey was receiving the report from his assistant, Lumber.
Doctor Frank refers to Frank de Verde, one of the top genius alchemists in the Central Nations.
He is currently in charge of all alchemy within the alliance.
"It seems it was delivered directly from the research institute."
While Lord Aubrey was going through the contents, Lumber explained the circumstances of the report's arrival.
"...An anomaly in the behavior of magic stones?"
"Yes. It seems to be observed in the entire western region of the alliance. There are further investigation results written in the back."
At Lumber's words, Lord Aubrey sped up the pace of flipping through the documents.
