It turns out that the Undying Emperor Supreme from back then was merely a weak fragment of the soul in the Underworld.
What is a fragment of the soul?
That refers to when a person dies and their soul shatters, for example, when their soul disperses and cannot normally enter the River of the Undead to gain the chance of reincarnation, resulting in weak soul fragments.
These soul fragments may coalesce in the Underworld for certain reasons, becoming a lost soul cluster without purpose.
