“Mine vein area? What is he doing there?”
Elder Gu Xu frowned, his gaze hawk-like.
“Unclear,” Venerable Wind Return shook his head.
“Could it be he discovered some clues?” Elder Gu Xu questioned, “No, if he found something, it shouldn’t be him going to the mine vein area. Did you leave any flaws in the tasks I assigned you?”
Elder Gu Xu looked at Venerable Wind Return.
“Rest assured, Elder Gu Xu. I have been very careful with the tasks you assigned me, and no one will know,” Venerable Wind Return chuckled. “After all, I have been stationed here for many years, and Qin Chen is just a newcomer. It’s impossible for him to find any flaws.”
“Good.” Elder Gu Xu’s eyes flashed. “Keep a close watch on Qin Chen. No matter what his intentions are, we must know his whereabouts and movements.”
“Elder Gu Xu, Qin Chen is just a holy son. Does he need that much attention?”
Venerable Wind Return seemed puzzled.

These powerful beings included many slaves from various races in the universe, marked with restrictions that impeded their movements, being overseen by disciples of Tian Gong.
