With a low shout, the Fifth Elder instantly produced an ancient mirror in his hand, densely engraved with intricate runes that were extremely obscure and complex.
Under this person’s prompting, a beam of light suddenly surged forth from the ancient mirror. Qin Chen stepped forward and said, “I, Qin, am willing to be the first to prove my innocence.”
“Good.”
The Elder Wu didn’t waste words; he turned the white light and directly shone it on Qin Chen.
Ji Ruyue twitched the corner of her eye. This Qin Chen was truly cunning; the deathly resentment on his body had long been cleared away, so naturally, he wasn’t afraid of the mirror’s illumination. If anything were to show up, that would be truly strange.

“Yan Zongzhu, do you have anything to say now? If I, Qin, killed Shui Leqing, would I be this clean, without even a trace?” Qin Chen shouted sternly.
“The Demon Sword Sect has indeed gone too far.”
“If the murderer is really not this Qin Chen, yet the people of the Demon Sword Sect continue to slander him, even nearly capturing him, it’s only natural for him to be displeased.”

As Qin Chen spoke, he looked towards Yan Shijiu.
Yan Shijiu shouted angrily, “Kid, I admit I wronged you, but our Demon Sword Sect has always acted uprightly. We would never wrong a good person nor let any bad person go. How could there be a question of not daring to test our own disciples? Elder Wu, test Han Li immediately and let him see the truth.”
