In the sky above the shattered continent, a monstrous beast stood like a crimson mountain, surrounded by blood-red lightning that radiated a destructive aura capable of annihilating the world.
While the ancient giant python was suspicious of the Dragon Palace Behemoth Empire and its seven dragon kings, the Destruction Emperor Dragon took out a ten-meter-long, black-red scale that resembled a command token from the Reverse Scale Space.
Then, a deep and authoritative dragon roar echoed through the heavens and the earth: "This is my Dragon Palace token; you only need to entwine a strand of rule power on it."
As a giant beast faction, with an expanding territory and increasing members, the Destruction Emperor Dragon developed a second generation of Dragon King Scale containing identification functions, based on communication and connection.
Every beast holding a Dragon King Scale was 'noble' in status, capable of activating the rules contained within to connect with the Destruction Emperor Dragon, summoning a projection of its will for dialogue.
This function was similar to the way the ninth-level black giant python contacted the King of Black Abyss back then.
"Dragon Palace token?" The ancient giant python growled lowly, the willpower surrounding it entwining around the black-red scale.
Under the will that contained rule power, the secrets within the Dragon King Scale were laid bare, and the last trace of doubt in the ancient giant python's heart dissipated instantly.
It seemed this red behemoth was not deceiving it and was indeed prepared to ally.
Thinking of this, the ancient giant python’s will stirred, and a gray-white rule power descended upon the world, forming threads that imprinted onto the Thunder Flame Dragon King's order.
Watching as the ancient giant python opened its mouth to swallow the Dragon King Scale, the Destruction Emperor Dragon's lips curled up slightly, revealing a sinister smile as it roared: "Welcome to join the Dragon Palace Behemoth Empire."
"From today on, Karmondor, you are the ninth Dragon King of the Dragon Palace Empire, titled the Serpent of the Entwined World, with the right to participate in discussions at the Dragon King Palace."
For this ancient titan python with formidable fighting power, the Destruction Emperor Dragon also granted it a Dragon King title.
Originally, the Destruction Emperor Dragon felt that there were already too many Dragon Kings in the Dragon Palace and was not prepared to bestow another title. But after the Titan Dragon King joined, to justify its rightful claim to rule the Dragon Palace, it granted the title of Dragon King.
Now, since there were already so many Dragon Kings, adding one more did not matter; after all, if ancient titans could not become Dragon Kings, other behemoths had even less right to do so.
As for the so-called Dragon King Palace, it was a temporary 'institution' devised by the Destruction Emperor Dragon for discussions.

These two giant beasts had only reached quasi-mythical level and were somewhat mismatched staying among a group of mythical-level and titan-level behemoths, not to mention ancient behemoths.
