In the depths of the Cloud Mist Mountain Range, a figure clad in black battle armor, resembling a demon, emerged. It was Lord McHus. Behind him, the spatial passage dimmed, falling into silence.
Taking a deep breath, McHus revealed a look of intoxication on his face. "Is this the air of the Blue Star World? I can smell so many delicious food aromas."
Ma He stepped forward respectfully and said, "Lord McHus, congratulations on becoming the first from the Infernal Divine Clan to step into the Blue Star."
McHus nodded slightly. "You're correct. I indeed am the first true demon to enter the Human Race's inner world since the start of the war of civilizations."
"Let me clarify, we are the Infernal True Demon Clan. There's no need to attach the hypocritical title of 'divine.' Just hearing the word 'god' makes me uncomfortable."
Ma He quickly corrected himself, "Yes, it's the great True Demon Clan. It was my mistake; please forgive me, Lord McHus."
Watching this scene, others immediately showed traces of disdain.
At this moment, McHus surveyed the surroundings, his gaze gradually turning cold. "This time, Lord Barus the Demon King consumed vast resources and pinpointed our location dozens of times before sending us in."
"According to the coordinates obtained from the captives, we should be deep in the southern battlefield of the Human Race's Eastern Summer. The space here is chaotic, and information is blocked. Outside, it is where those emerging geniuses of the Human Race cultivate."
Upon hearing about the dozens of attempts to pinpoint their location, Ma He and the others shuddered.
Every failure meant that the one venturing in would be ripped to shreds by the collapsing spatial passage, leaving no trace behind.
"This time, the Human Race's Xuanwu King intruded into our True Demon Clan's territory, killing an heir with the bloodline of the great demon god, inciting the wrath of many major demon gods."
"Especially that demon god who left the frontline battlefield to hunt down the Human Race's Xuanwu King deep into the chaotic space, seeking to make him pay."
"Even so, the anger of those great existences cannot be quelled. Under Lord Barus's leadership, we will launch a slaughter against the new generation of the Human Race, who possess even stronger life force."
"We, as the first team to enter the Human Race's inner world, have a crucial mission. Once completed, it will bring immense benefits to all of us, but it also means we are advancing into enemy territory without support."
"In this situation, we must be cautious. Therefore, until my injuries have healed, no one is allowed to leave, to avoid exposure and unexpected events. Do you understand?"
At this point, McHus's expression turned extremely cold.
Aside from those who ventured forward, their elite infiltration team originally consisted of fifty members, but only twenty-three had made it through the rift.
Moreover, all of them were heavily injured, their levels suppressed by the residual spatial scars left by the rift. Even for McHus, it would take half a month to recover.
But it didn’t matter; those who died were merely subordinates of the cult of the evil gods.
Kalantel and the others respectfully replied, "We understand."
Seeing this, McHus slowly nodded. "Rest assured, I know you all harbor deep hatred for the Human Federation, so I won't restrain you for too long."
"This passage is our only retreat. According to Lord Barus's plan, it will continuously consume energy to maintain the passage for about thirty days."
"At most, in fifteen days, you will be free to hunt down those geniuses of the Human Race."
Immediately, the members of the cult of the evil gods showed bloodthirsty excitement.
The team that came over consisted of elite fighters, equivalent to the Human Race's sixth level of heaven. Each possessed tremendous combat power, not fearing even the sixth level instructors stationed at the school bases.
Of course, this was all predicated on them staying intact and not being besieged.
Due to the unstable spatial rift they passed through, they could only bring their weapons, leaving behind space rings and bracelets. Many healing resources they carried were destroyed by the spatial storm's forces.
