From above Deep Blue City, they entered the city.
The city in the ocean did not have a dome or city gates, and it didn't even have walls. From Tang Haofei's perspective, this city named Deep Blue resembled a gathering place for nomadic tribes.
Although the Sea God Clan's intelligence was not inferior to that of humans, they had risen for too short a time. Even by borrowing human civilization's thinking and form, it was impossible for them to surpass humans in a short period—this was only in terms of technology and civilization level.

The class gap was even more apparent among the oceanic tribe.
Crossing the dilapidated and chaotic buildings of Deep Blue City, Lagus brought Tang Haofei and Walter to the gate of the most central building in the city.
