Heaven's Retribution Halo (Race Foundation Level, Active Skill): A halo-type skill that can be actively turned on and off. The range of the halo depends on the host's strength. Any living being within the influence of the halo will suffer from the cumulative effects of the curse.
Note 1: Each ripple of the halo will forcibly add a layer of the heaven’s retribution curse. As the layers increase, it will bring significant negative effects to the enemy, potentially leading to their death by curse!
Note 2: The effect of the heaven’s retribution curse depends on the strength disparity between both sides.
