Ye Zhongming wanted to build Thunderstorm Towers.
He had only constructed one of these things, which he obtained from the competition of death roulette, on the walls of Cloud Summit Villa and next to his own villa.
It wasn't that the materials for this item were difficult to acquire; on the contrary, the materials weren't hard to find. In just over a month, Cloud Summit had gathered enough materials within Ying City to build six Thunderstorm Towers.

The sight of someone casually producing a silver-grade structure instilled a deep sense of awe.

These were the data presented to Ye Zhongming from the successfully crafted Thunderstorm Tower. There were five more abilities below, but those needed to be unlocked by increasing the tower's level, requiring blueprints for the next level, which Ye Zhongming could not find for the time being.
