When selecting rewards, if there are multiple choices on the roulette, it means that the teams will have to fight against each other, and the winner will receive the rewards. If there are rewards that no one has chosen, interested teams can reselect after the competition begins and before it ends.
What Ye Zhongming referred to as 'patting' earlier was actually a confirmation of qualifications.
Originally, Ye Zhongming thought that the two re-selection battles would not start at the same time, but the anxiety of the two members from the mysterious power caused the 'Easter Egg' to explode early.

Yet, as soon as they drew near, they were met with a flurry of unexpected attacks!
The warriors from Cloud Summit Villa struck amidst their smug and threatening gazes.
If the previous hint had caused the combatants at both battlefields to momentarily hesitate, now, that hesitation turned into complete inaction due to the sudden outbreak of fighting here.
No matter how high the evolution levels of the two individuals were, they could never match the momentum created by a team battle, unless they had evolved to the nine-star level, where such power could surpass that of a team.
Moreover, the personnel from the Zero Commerce Association, Radiant World Army, the mysterious force, and the Ogre Chain were all focused on their respective battles; only the Unicorn King Freedom Master team had approached Cloud Summit Villa. The others were just a small number of people from various factions, aside from their leaders, and their strength was far from formidable.
Under this sudden assault, they suffered devastating losses.
Cloud Summit Villa had struck with lethal intent.
Wasn't their attack supposed to be ineffective? Why did it suddenly become effective now? How did the people from Cloud Summit so accurately gauge when their attacks would be effective or not?
Fortunately, Cloud Summit did not pursue their victory; after attacking once, they retreated back to the vicinity of the roulette.
“Sister Lei, you and the Red Hair group will work together, while the rest will join my faction.”
Ye Zhongming didn’t even glance at the grim faces of the other factions as he directly assigned the groups. Moments later, the people from Cloud Summit Villa split into two groups and entered the Easter Egg Battlefield.
The scene darkened, and Ye Zhongming found himself and the group he led transported into a vast space. Above them loomed a heavy gray lead cloud, which, at first glance, gave a suffocating feeling. The ground was a giant smooth stone surface, blood-red in color, with gaps between the massive stones filled with a purplish-black substance.
The survivors were not unfamiliar with this color; it was the distinct hue of dried blood.
The space was large, and even with Ye Zhongming and half of the Cloud Summit warriors present, it still felt expansive.
Ye Zhongming stroked his chin, feeling slightly anxious.
He indeed knew a lot about the competition of death roulette, even more so than about the Poppy Wheel or the Devil's Bet Table, as he had detailed knowledge from a former teammate who had personally experienced the competition of death roulette. Every survivor of the apocalypse was highly interested in such grand and sudden events; Ye Zhongming and this teammate had discussed it at length more than once.
