Note From Developer: I’m a big fan of Chinese web novels, but I often came across great stories with poor translations. That’s why I started this website! My goal is to make this the best web novel translation site out there. If you have any suggestions or feedback, feel free to reach out on Discord or Instagram.

"Thank you to classmate Nimu for the 1888, Old Phantom humbly thanks you! And to all the brothers and sisters who contributed, thank you everyone."
The sunlight streamed in from outside, forming a beautiful angle with the floor, while particles of dust danced in the rays, tracing irregular paths.
A white piece of gauze intruded into this harmony, causing the dust to scatter in a flurry.
Xia Lei wiped the blood off her hands, her increasingly sharp gaze hidden beneath a hint of barely noticeable fatigue after two months.
After carefully bandaging the wound on her ribs, Xia Lei simply wiped it down and lay on the bed. She thought that after three days, she would finally have a chance to rest and fall asleep immediately, but as she closed her eyes, her mind was filled with the image of that man.
Xia Lei could only open her eyes again, fearing that if she thought too much, she would become weak.
Right now, Cloud Summit Villa needed everything, except weakness.
Occasionally, Xia Lei would reminisce about the days of peace, not to yearn for the past, but to fantasize about what it would be like to meet her little man back then.
Perhaps she would be in her police uniform, with a stern face, pulling the terrified little man out of the classroom for a date. Or, maybe she would choose a day when it was pouring rain, wear thin clothes, and get a little wet just to see if he would nosebleed.
Then, on some meaningful day, she would get him drunk and, while he was unconscious, finish some inappropriate activities. When he opened his eyes the next day, she would hold up a quilt adorned with plum blossoms and declare that he must take responsibility; otherwise, she'd cut off his little buddy.
The remaining time would be spent unfolding a relationship that was both ordinary and special, using her charm to win over both families and friends, and afterward, she would openly and legitimately ruin the little man's life.
Xia Lei's lips curved into an enchanting arc as she hugged the nearby pillow, tightly trapping it with her smooth legs.
As she thought about it, Xia Lei felt much more comfortable. The problems and difficulties she had encountered recently seemed less troublesome now.
"When you come back, I'll make you unable to get out of bed for three days."
Xia Lei murmured, tossing aside the pillow that felt terrible, lying back and staring at the ceiling, trying her best not to think about the depressing possibility of him not returning.
A faint knock on the door sounded, and Xia Lei sighed, knowing her time of not sleeping was about to extend again. She answered softly, quickly got dressed to cover up her enchanting body, walked to the door, rubbed her face in front of the door's mirror to erase the tenderness and longing in her eyes, and then opened the door.
"Little man, if you don’t come back soon, I’ll have to go and ruin the beauties in the villa, and give you a red hat!"
Stepping out, the female demon lord of Cloud Summit Villa was back.

Tang Tian spat out blood, gripping the side of the vehicle to keep himself from collapsing.
Leaning against his back was Sister Rong, her face pale.
Surrounding them, besides the dozens of surviving warriors from Cloud Summit Villa, there were hundreds of evolvers wielding various weapons, their faces twisted in menace.
“Tang Tian, who would have thought that a janitor from the elite martial team would actually become the vice-captain of Cloud Summit Villa? It seems you’re doing quite well. But since entering the desolate land, the elite martial team has gone silent. You didn’t cause that, did you? Uncle Da has always been good to you, as far as I know.”
A guy with a sharp mouth and a twisted face brandished a thick iron rod that glimmered with a grayish light.
Tang Tian coldly smiled, “You think saying that will give your actions today a righteous justification? No need to go through all that trouble. In the apocalypse, as long as your fists are strong enough, no one cares why you kill.”
