“Patriarch, the city gate has been breached.”

A dwarf clad in heavy armor, wielding a massive battle axe, stepped onto the Divine Eye platform, his head lowered as he reported.

The battle axe he carried bore blood-red patterns, suggesting the uniqueness of the weapon.

Heiting Yanting nodded but did not respond immediately, his gaze fixed outside, where the Rebel Dragon Race was still engaged in a frenzied assault against the Su Clan, causing Divine Artisan City to sway amidst the overwhelming energies.

Even the dwarves were starting to worry that at any moment, the entire defense system of Divine Artisan City might collapse, allowing the attackers to surge into the city.

“Let them in,” Heiting Yanting said suddenly.

The dwarf with the giant axe looked up, his expression puzzled.

The strongest aspect of Divine Artisan City, or rather the defensive side's greatest advantage, lay in its ability to establish a complete defense system based on the city itself. Such a system could significantly weaken the attackers' strength and make them pay a hefty price.

The dwarf with the giant axe nodded and departed.

At that moment, a powerful elemental elder from the Rebel Dragon Race launched an attack, and a blinding light instantly covered at least half of that side of the city. After a few seconds, the light dissipated, and the energy spread out.

This attack eliminated eighty percent of the defense system in that area.

The nearby Rebel Dragon Race roared and charged towards them, as if nothing could stand in their way.

A peak expert dwarf appeared with a large banner, shouting furiously while continuously waving it outward. Layers of phantom shadows flew out, striking the Rebel Dragon Race like massive fly swatters, sending them flying.

Two peak dragons quickly moved in to confront this peak expert dwarf, preventing any immediate breach in the substantial gap.

Heiting Yanting looked over and sighed softly, placing a hand on the nearby Divine Eye.

“Old buddy, it’s up to you now.”

With that, Heiting Yanting's palm emitted a faint glow, and the entire Divine Eye lit up.

This was not the same as when the Divine Eye had previously activated its abilities; now, the light felt sharp, and when the Divine Eye rotated, all living beings it swept over felt as if a cold, watchful eye was fixed upon them.

“Be careful...”

A warning from a peak giant dragon was only halfway out when a thick ray of light struck another peak giant dragon on the opposite side.

There was no dragon roar; the peak giant dragon, busy charging, was instantly vaporized.

It was common knowledge that when a peak expert died, their energy would return to the universe, but just then, many beings witnessed the peak giant dragon being struck and simply disappearing.

There was no time for the Rebel Dragon Race to seek answers; the second ray of light followed closely.

This time, many giant dragons were on guard, especially the peak giant dragons. Regardless of where they had been attacking, they immediately took defensive measures, with the particularly powerful ones launching attacks towards the Divine Eye, hoping to stop this unknown yet horrifying assault.
