Ye Zhongming returned to his room and took out the Heavy Moon Flow Control.
The mark on his back gave him a sense of urgency; he didn't know when he would be exposed to the Tarros Red Dwarf.
Once his identity was discovered, those dwarves would undoubtedly withstand any pressure to take action against him, and Ye Zhongming realized that, at his current strength, he was in no position to resist.
During his time in Divine Artisan City, he gained a deeper understanding of the super clans.
These colossal entities were beyond his ability to contend with.
Ye Zhongming was eager to use what few resources he had at hand to enhance his strength.
The sensation of the Heavy Moon Flow Control entering his body was peculiar. Compared to many physical enhancement potions that brought warmth, this one delivered a cooling sensation.
Ye Zhongming could distinctly feel a liquid spreading through his veins, permeating his entire body.
After about ten minutes, that sensation gradually faded, and his body began to feel fatigued.
This was a side effect of the Heavy Moon Flow Control that was likely to persist for several days.
The statistics and classification of materials outside would also take a few days, done according to Cloud Summit's customs rather than the dwarves', resulting in a substantial workload.
Eventually, these materials would be categorized and appear in Ye Zhongming's workshop, transforming into one piece of equipment after another.
Though he felt somewhat tired physically, it would not greatly affect him apart from his combat abilities. So, Ye Zhongming simply stayed in his room and took out a private terminal to begin his research.
Inside were documents equipped by the Library Palace concerning mechanical battle armor.
The Library Palace naturally did not manufacture such items, nor had they ever seen the real thing. However, the bookkeepers, having nothing but time, managed to conduct 'imaginary' studies.
Like many other things, the ideas that the bookkeepers came up with were whimsical. They first listed various possibilities and then, under these possibilities, enumerated the 'theoretical results' based on these 'possibilities'.
Although many of the 'possibilities' were indeed fanciful, Ye Zhongming observed several that were either prohibitively expensive, capable of producing divine level equipment, or required materials that were simply unavailable.
Others were theoretical knowledge and techniques that were not yet perfected.
These ideas were either unrealistic or too advanced to be of much help. However, some still held substantial reference value, especially since Ye Zhongming had plenty of tangible items on hand.
He had left some with the Library Palace, and the bookkeepers were excited to find new toys to study. The remaining items were organized in his room by level.
Level one 'guardian level', level two 'inscription ape level', level three 'zhou pan level', level four 'ding miao level', level five 'ordinary master level', and level six 'stalwart level'.
This was the hierarchy of mechanical battle armor Ye Zhongming had at his disposal.
The difference was that he only had one of the fourth and sixth levels, while he had five of the fifth level, leaving two behind for the Library Palace, with the others also numbering few.
Ye Zhongming had already familiarized himself with the first two levels, and he began disassembling the third level with the help of the Mechanical Genius he had called in.
Upon seeing the mechanical battle armor, the Mechanical Genius's eyes lit up, and he excitedly pointed at the items, exclaiming.
After Ye Zhongming had given him a pat to calm down, the boy first informed him about Kani's recent situation to reassure him before they started their research together.
"My previous mechanical puppets were powerful, especially after I could control the mechanical battle beasts; I thought that was the best fit for me. But after seeing this, I realized that this mechanical battle armor should be my true vehicle."
