Ye Zhongming sat comfortably in the chair specially designed for him, feeling a bit awed by Jie Su.

Although it might just be a matter of a single sentence from her, the fact that she remembered such details showed that she was indeed a thoughtful person.

Someone like her deserved to sit in the position of the Su Clan’s boss in the future. With the red dress guard present, Ye Zhongming's life had become a thousand times more comfortable, being served in every way possible.

Now, he sat in his chair, eating fruit and conversing with Jie Su.

The Jie Su on the light barrier looked a bit helpless.

"I only found out about this matter after returning; the process is quite complicated," Jie Su answered regarding Ye Zhongming’s question about the benefits for newcomers in the planet hunting grounds.

"If it were just the Hall People, we could withstand it by teaming up with the Musk Ke People, along with the Lena People who are secretly helping, since none of us would want to tear our faces apart. It would just be a war of words and eventually, we’d do what we needed to do."

"They wouldn't have the audacity to cut your resources without evidence because opening that door would seriously impact their reputation. Once the rules are violated, rebuilding them takes a long and arduous process, and the Hall People wouldn't go through that just for a trivial amount of money."

Jie Su sighed and said, "Unfortunately, those dwarfs jumped out."

The relationship between the Su Clan and the Tarros Red Dwarf was decent, but influenced by Ye Zhongming and several conflicts with that group in the novice battlefield and other areas, Jie Su's impression of them was quite average.

"They proposed that peak experts are a precious resource for all races in the universe and a hope against the Slave Clan. Every suspicious death of a peak expert should be thoroughly investigated, and during that investigation, any suspicious individuals should be scrutinized."

"You know the Tarros Red Dwarfs; they are unique, very powerful among the super clans, especially since the appearance of their divine artisan has elevated their strength even further. With them speaking on behalf of the Hall People, the situation instantly became chaotic."

Jie Su frowned, clearly indicating that the current situation was not so optimistic for him and Ye Zhongming.

"The Hall People seized this opportunity to propose an investigation, one based on presumption of guilt, directly targeting the alliance between the Su Clan and the Star-Eye Clan, creating a show of force. The pressure on us and the Musk Ke People has suddenly increased."

Ye Zhongming listened, filled with hatred towards those dwarfs. It seemed they had nothing to do with this matter; what did they want to jump out for?

"The dwarfs have connections with every race, especially with the super clans, so many races standing secretly by our side have started to feel concerned and hesitant upon seeing them surface. Many have stopped speaking up or contributing to this matter, especially the Lena People, who are major consumers of weaponry and equipment, showing signs of retreat. This directly affected many races' choices."

"If we do nothing in this situation, we would be too passive, and things could develop in a direction we do not want."

"So, we indirectly contacted the Tarros Red Dwarfs and held meetings with the Musk Ke People and other forces, ultimately concluding that these dwarfs want to profit from the war."

Jie Su paused when he said this, "Of course, it’s not a large-scale war but rather localized conflicts, or rather, just being prepared for war; the Tarros Red Dwarfs want all of us to go to them to purchase weapons and equipment."

"Crazy for money," Ye Zhongming shook his head and said.

This wasn't just venting his dissatisfaction; he genuinely felt that the Tarros Red Dwarfs were playing with fire.

It was true that they were powerful, with a divine artisan, peak experts, many great experts, and formidable combat machines.
