Ye Zhongming could certainly invade this commander's consciousness directly and examine what he wanted to know.

However, no matter what, this commander was a ninth-level lifeform. Although his mental strength was significantly inferior to Ye Zhongming's, if he were to resist with all his might, it would inevitably create many obstacles during the process. This delay would reduce the amount of information he could 'see', and if he didn't find what Ye Zhongming wanted, it would be quite frustrating for him.

The commander’s face turned red, his eyes filled with awe and fear. He was well aware of his own capabilities, but what about this lifeform in front of him that was much shorter than him? It could actually suspend itself in mid-air and subdue him with a single move.

He was certain that if he made even the slightest extra movement at that moment, his neck would be snapped instantly.

But… surrendering and allowing him to probe his consciousness?

After several seconds of contemplation, the beastman commander opened his mouth with great difficulty.

Ye Zhongming sensed he had something to say and reduced the pressure slightly. The commander then uttered a very brief sentence.

The surrounding beastmen immediately let out a mixed howl upon hearing this.

Ye Zhongming narrowed his eyes, “Then go die.”

With his words, a torrent of mental power surged into this commander's mind, and an uncontrollable amount of mystical energy began to invade his consciousness.

At that moment, Ye Zhongming could see many things, while the commander could only feel the darkness enveloping him and his increasingly numb body. As his last shred of consciousness slipped away completely, he was left dazed and empty-eyed on the ground, a ninth-level expert completely rendered useless.

Although he was not dead yet, without anyone to take care of him, he wouldn’t last long.

Ye Zhongming pressed his slightly aching head, feeling that this method should be used less in the future; it wasn’t merely about harming others, but the impact on his own consciousness was significant. No one could guarantee that he wouldn’t slip up one day and suffer permanent mental damage.

For the time being, he couldn’t afford to reorganize the information he had obtained, as the surrounding beastmen were charging at him like mad. The King of Cloud Summit had to plunge back into battle.

When the fighting finally stopped over an hour later, the camp was devoid of any living souls, including the unconscious commander, who Ye Zhongming had kicked into a beastman’s lightning ball, resulting in his death.

Even though Ye Zhongming had surpassed eighty thousand fuleira, exterminating all the beastmen and battle beasts here still left him exhausted. He searched the small town, collecting firewood, grains, and straw mats used by these beastmen, before scattering them around and setting a fire. With the aid of the wooden arrow towers and buildings, he reduced the place to ashes.

Ye Zhongming stood on a giant tree not far away, holding a small bottle made of blue crystal.

This was found on the commander, totaling ten bottles.

Through his memories, Ye Zhongming learned that these beastmen referred to this planet as their home planet. This was not particularly significant; if Earth had a different name, it could still be called the home planet of Earthlings.

What was meaningful was that Ye Zhongming obtained information about this force from the commander's mind.

"Pang City Divine Race." Ye Zhongming was surprised to find that these beastmen were rather narcissistic. Among the all races of the universe, only one or two dared to include 'divine' in their race names, and those were mostly translated during language conversion, making it easier for everyone to accept. No one would dare to arbitrarily add such a term in their race name later on.

At the same time, Ye Zhongming learned that there were thirteen forces on this planet, all of them beastmen but belonging to different kinds. The Pang City Divine Race could be regarded as a mid-tier force among them, while the others also had names including 'divine race', generally named after their core settlement.
