In the outer sky, several spaceports were under construction, with various large and small machines busy at work, occasionally flashing with light.
These spaceports, which were previously temporary, were now being transformed into permanent facilities. This was necessary to continue serving as space bases and supply medical bases for the All Races of the Universe that would come here for exploration and hunting in the future.
While warriors from various races were fighting on the planet, the spaceports appeared bustling yet peaceful. At least there was no splattering blood or the roars of monsters here.
Return Voyage.
The flagship of the Hall People had just returned today. In the past fifty cosmic days, it had made a round trip, bringing back a large quantity of construction materials.
Currently, the spaceport being built by the Hall People was progressing the fastest, expected to be completed within twenty cosmic days. By then, the Hall People would also be among the first large races to enter here to hunt.
Captain Aijegu looked at everything outside the ship with a sense of accomplishment.
It was no wonder he felt this way, as he was part of His Highness Zimu's faction.
To be precise, he was regarded as part of the Zimu faction because, before becoming the captain of the Hall People's most advanced warship, he had taught at the Royal Academy, and His Highness Zimu was his closed-door disciple.
After Zimu graduated, he transitioned from teaching to a command position.
Because Zimu did not inherit the hope of the Hall People, he faced little ostracism or attacks. Initially, there was no talk of the "Zimu faction" until the news of his impending marriage to a Musk Ke person emerged and was confirmed to some extent, leading to the emergence of such a label.
It was also at that time that Aijegu was passively labeled as such.
However, he didn't mind, especially after becoming the captain of the Return Voyage. He had even begun to fantasize about Zimu becoming an important figure in Musk Ke, helping him vie for a high position within the Hall People's fleet, rather than just commanding a single ship as he did now.
If one day he had a say across the entire fleet, then leveraging his relationship with Zimu, some private trade would automatically funnel Moon Age Gold into his pockets.
Today, Aijegu would go to this planet to bring his fellow warriors home, marking the first time in a long while that he would meet Zimu directly again.
After this meeting, Zimu's status would rise significantly, and Aijegu felt it was time to give this prince a heads-up in advance, paving the way for the future.
The metallic door behind him opened with a puff, and several other vice-captains of the Return Voyage walked in.
"No matter which planet, if you look at it from space for too long, it will seem dull."
When there were no meetings or orders to be given, the commanders felt more like friends than superiors and subordinates.
"That's because this place isn't our hometown," Aijegu felt quite satisfied with his philosophical remark.
The others noticed that the captain was in a good mood today.
After chatting for a while, a vice-captain said, "I don't understand why they have to block all signal sources. We could just not communicate; we could live broadcast and watch the situation up there to pass the boring time."
"It's just that they are afraid of cheating; the super large races don't really trust each other," another replied.
"I just wanted to see if Lord Kunz would challenge those strong energy signals," said another.
"He probably won't because the results we've detected show that these energy signals have a certain activity range and don't seem to be hostile towards outsiders. Lord Kunz's main task is to protect our people from high-end threats, so he probably won't challenge them unless they actively attack our people. If they do, he won't hold back."
"Just wait; we’ll be setting off to pick up our comrades in an hour. I estimate our haul will be the best this time."
