Doomsday Roulette

Chapter 2250: A Journey Just for You ✈️

Kiersail Ting and Delma's bodies flew up, while Lord Xing and Lord Yan's bodies also soared into the air.

Amidst the energy snowflakes, any object other than them was shattered into pieces.

The entire battlefield came to a halt, a true standstill.

Before this, no one would have thought that two people who were not even major experts could intercept a peak expert.

But the facts proved that not only did they manage to stop him, they also broke through their own bottlenecks and entered the next realm.

Such a scene was truly a once-in-a-lifetime occurrence.

Giersail Ting stood up, feeling utterly disheveled, even more so than when he faced Kunz座 earlier.

The energy snowflakes, augmented by the anomaly's energy, erupted with unimaginable power.

Having already sustained heavy injuries, he was now even more grievously harmed; it was a miracle he was still alive.

His body swayed slightly.

He glanced at Delma, the prince who, under his care, was not in too dire a state; he had sustained some injuries but they were not fatal, and he still retained a certain level of combat ability.

The peak expert of the Lena People suddenly burst forth with intense light in his eyes.

Today, no matter what, he had to get Delma out of here!

His hands, missing fingers, landed on Delma, and in the next moment, he was ready to muster the last of his strength to send the prince away.

"Did you forget about me?"

A figure suddenly descended in front of Kiersail Ting, Kunz座 said with a cold smile.

A few Half-Life Insects were indeed difficult to deal with, just look at the several wounds on Kunz座's body.

But given a bit of time, even ten Half-Life Insects could be managed by a peak expert; after all, their weaknesses were glaringly obvious.

Normally, the time it took Kiersail Ting to intercept the Half-Life Insects would have been enough for him and Delma to run a safe distance away; the loss would be the Half-Life Insects, but their lives would be preserved.

However, who would have thought that two individuals who seemed no different from ants in their eyes would successfully upgrade to major experts at such a critical moment and block them?

Kunz座 didn't even employ the fallen saint bow, as that thing consumed too much energy; instead, he took out the weapon he became famous for in his youth, a spiked skeletal whip, and struck it toward Kiersail Ting.

The whip transformed mid-air into a flurry of skulls, emitting piercing shrieks from their mouths and exuding a faint gray mist from their eyes.

The mist turned into threads, connecting to Kiersail Ting's body, while the shrieks served to disturb the target's mental state, at least hindering their concentration and preventing them from unleashing their abilities.

Even facing a Kiersail Ting in extremely poor condition, whose injuries were nearly irreparable, Kunz座 showed no signs of relaxation; this was a mark of respect for a peak expert, as well as years of accumulated experience.

Turnarounds usually occurred when overconfidence provided the opponent with an opportunity; Kunz座 did not want to become a stepping stone for someone else's fame.

Kiersail Ting remained calm in his heart; he knew it was over, and his fate... had come.

As expected, the skulls broke through Kiersail Ting's final defenses, destroying his last three high-level defensive equipments, before embedding themselves into the body of this peak expert.

Kunz座, from a distance, flicked the whip, and the skulls flew out from Kiersail Ting's body, returning to the weapon.

"Sometimes, choices are very important," Kunz座 said, looking at the peer expert whose body was collapsing.

Kiersail Ting's body appeared to crack open at a visible rate, like land parched for four hundred years without rain.

"Before the results come out, who can know if their choice was right or wrong?"

Two peak experts, who had been fighting fiercely, chatted like friends; it was the final conversation of their lives.

"Can you spare Delma's life?"

Kiersail Ting glanced at the prince and continued, "I can guarantee he will forget what happened today."
