Black Book Summit, strictly speaking, is a range of peaks that stretch for an unknown number of kilometers. The heights of the various peaks are uneven, creating a unique landscape here.

The taller ones are covered in white snow, with fierce winds blowing above them, harboring numerous rare treasures and spirit herbs. The life forms that exist in such environments are also more powerful and dangerous.

The middle-height peaks have less ice and snow, with more monochromatic vegetation. The life forms residing here tend to subtly exceed the average level of mutated life on this planet.

The lowest peaks, of which there are the most, display a riot of colors, home to a wide variety of life forms, mostly in groups, which are quite valuable.

The base of the Hall People is located atop one of the medium-height peaks.

After reaching the top of a peak, the three rested for a moment. Ye Zhongming surveyed the area nearby and confirmed the location of the Hall People Camp before entering a meditative state.

Jie Su was arranging the formation according to Ye Zhongming's earlier instructions while conversing with Pao Bai, who was in charge of their protection.

"What is this guy up to?"

Pao Bai looked at Ye Zhongming not far from him, feeling a bit frustrated.

Ye Zhongming had not informed the two of them why he entered this peculiar state, only asking them to guard him.

Both of them speculated that Ye Zhongming was going to break through in the heat of battle, preparing for an upcoming deadly fight.

However, can one's strength truly increase within a short time like this? Unless it involves a clear threshold of breakthroughs at ten thousand fuleira or one hundred thousand fuleira.

But it was clear that Ye Zhongming's fuleira had long exceeded ten thousand, while he was still far from one hundred thousand. Such a breakthrough was unlikely, so what was he doing?

"Who knows? This kid always manages to do something unexpected."

Jie Su arranged the formation, but it wasn't that he was inattentive; it was just that the formation Ye Zhongming asked him to set up was incredibly simple. For someone who had mastered the ten major formations, it could probably be completed perfectly even with his eyes closed.

"It should be some kind of breakthrough, no doubt. There will be some commotion; otherwise, he wouldn't ask you to set up such a concealment formation centered around him. Just don't know what he aims to break through." Pao Bai's guess was getting closer to the truth.

"Enough about him. What about you? Have you exceeded twenty thousand fuleira yet?"

Jie Su glanced at Pao Bai, inwardly sighing for his brother.

Pao Bai's talent was undoubtedly remarkable, even among the All Races of the Universe. Unfortunately, he came from a small clan, and the education and resources he received were incomparable to those of larger clans. This led to his advantages becoming less apparent with age, and after some time, he would likely be surpassed by those from larger clans whose talents were nowhere near his. Even if he were to break through to the level of a peak expert within his lifetime, he didn’t know how many years it would take.

Regrettably, the Su Clan was not a combat-oriented race, and Jie Su couldn't obtain the unique skills and insights of the Star-Eye Clan, so he couldn't help much.

Currently, within their ranks, Ye Zhongming had risen abruptly, with his strength soaring. He likely no longer fell short of Pao Bai. As for Jie Su, he was naturally a genius within the Su Clan, recognized by the clan leader. He had mastered one of the ten major formations called the Silk Sea Light Array and now possessed the adaptable formation. He had long ceased to be the youth with potential in others' eyes and had already quietly risen to a half-level higher.

As for Isabella, Pao Bai's admirer, there was no need to mention her. Previously, she was the strongest among their group, far exceeding the one-star level. Now, it was said she was in seclusion to delay the marriage arrangement with the Hall People, but it was certainly genuine to some extent.
