The Seven Survivor Fortresses of the All Races of the Universe sometimes exist as independent entities, while at other times, they form interconnected wholes.

The news of the Star-Eye Clan's rookie first opening the planet hunting grounds quickly spread across the seven fortresses. All races eager to participate began to stir with anticipation.

Perhaps using the term "eager" isn't entirely appropriate for the idea of hunting together on a planet, but that is indeed the reality.

If another race had opened this planet hunting ground, the excitement wouldn't have been so palpable, but the Star-Eye Clan was different.

What kind of race are they? They are a small clan, lacking in strength.

Even if they were to form a city alliance, what city would that be? Dark Strip City! And what is Dark Strip City? No one had ever heard of it; only the Dark Strip language was known.

Later, upon inquiry, it was discovered that inside there were eight medium races. If they united, they might compare to some relatively weaker major clans. However, a closer investigation showed that these eight medium races were not as formidable as expected. When combined, they still fell short of even the weakest major clan!

This news pleased everyone because it was the most favorable information for them.

The reason for this is that the race opening the planet battlefield enjoys a "home field advantage." They can choose hunting areas first. Previously, the super major clans or major clans would choose the best locations on the planet, such as areas that are easy to defend and hard to attack, rich in resources, abundant in prey, and home to rare species.

As the saying goes, a good start is half the success. In a planet hunting ground, a good start can even account for a large portion of the success—provided there are no unexpected events and they don't act recklessly, they are likely to reap substantial rewards.

However, this applies only to those super major clans or major clans, as they possess the strength to freely choose their preferred locations on the planet, quickly establish camps, stabilize their positions, and begin hunting.

But the Star-Eye Clan can't do that, or rather, the city alliance of Dark Strip City lacks that strength.

When they choose their camp, they must act according to their abilities. Given their natural conditions, their options are quite limited; they certainly can't select the best spots, as they would be unable to defend them if they tried.

Naturally, these prime locations would belong to other races.

After all, the order of selection is random, except for the home-field race that opens the planet hunting ground. The rest are selected by lottery, controlled by a terminal, leaving it to luck.

For many races, this is a tremendous opportunity, as there must be the best hunting ground waiting for someone lucky enough to seize it.

As in previous years, the Star-Eye Clan applied and quickly received approval, confirming the departure time, although the specific undeveloped planet remained undecided.

However, preparations among the races had already begun.

Due to the Star-Eye Clan's home-field advantage, the All Races of the Universe saw an opportunity. During the preparation phase, almost all races that felt they had a chance began to move. Various strategic materials became scarce, especially weaponry and equipment, which are extremely important and easily damaged, with prices rising by at least 20% compared to usual.

In addition to equipment, various medicines also saw price surges, even more so than equipment, as these items could save lives.

This time of year is typically when the Tarros Red Dwarf and some races skilled in potion-making make a killing.

However, this year was slightly different.

First, within many of the survivor fortresses, the supply of weapons, equipment, and various tools was noticeably greater than in previous years.

This was primarily reflected in the supply from the shops operated by the Su Clan.

Previously, the weapons and equipment in the Su Clan's shops were mostly supplementary goods; they had obtained most of their inventory through barter with other races, leading to a limited supply and varying quality.
