Library Palace.

Zizikaba sat quietly in front of the Old Dean, waiting.

The dissatisfaction with the All Races of the Universe, and with their current situations, extended far beyond Ye Zhongming and those who ended Pao Bai.

Zizikaba was also dissatisfied. In a certain year, in the Library Palace, a place he thought was free from worldly conflicts, he inadvertently revealed his thoughts. After more than a decade of contact, he became an external contact for the Library Palace. It took him another five years to become the external leader.

The tasks he was responsible for sounded simple, but were actually quite difficult—everything the Library Palace needed him to do.

Today, Zizikaba brought an important message, one that was crucial for both the Library Palace and himself.

It was about Dark Strip City, the Star-Eye Clan, and Ye Zhongming.

Zizikaba actually knew there was another external line for the Library Palace, but he had no idea who was in charge or who the members were. However, this posed no threat to him, as the Old Dean had mentioned it to him, clarifying that except for some intelligence intersections, both sides had their own missions.

He didn’t know if this news had reached the other line, but since he was aware of it, he had to bring it over immediately.

Because that newcomer from Earth was the real gamble the Library Palace was placing their hopes on.

"The little guy seems to be having a tough time," the Old Dean said with a chuckle, as if the challenges facing the Star-Eye Clan were trivial.

But indeed, those issues could be resolved with just a breath for the Library Palace.

"These are the usual tactics of some races; they believe more in the survival of the fittest rather than uniting all forces to find the real way out," the Old Dean laughed, knowing that Zizikaba was dissatisfied with many things regarding the All Races of the Universe.

"How about this, you send him ten million Moon Age Gold to help him through this tough time."

Zizikaba nodded in agreement, then said, "Isn't it possible to try resolving it through other means? Although the Library Palace has money, isn't it a bit inappropriate to give him so much again in such a short time?"

Zizikaba was considered half a student and half a friend of the Old Dean, so he spoke with slightly fewer reservations. He didn’t mean to withhold money from Ye Zhongming, but rather he feared that having too much wealth could lead to trouble.

The Old Dean shook his head. "That kid knows what he’s doing. He probably thinks he can solve this problem himself. Sending him money, on one hand, tells him that the Library Palace is his strong backing. On the other hand, it’s also a hope that he can develop and grow quickly, without being hindered by some minor threats."

After hearing this, Zizikaba said, "Alright, I will send someone to deliver the money."

"Okay," the Old Dean nodded and added, "By the way, tell that kid one thing."

"Get things done quickly; at that time, if a hole is poked in the sky, someone will bear the burden for him."

………………………………

Ye Zhongming had no idea that the Library Palace would be so well-informed. Just as he was feeling wronged, they already knew about it.

He planned to solve this matter in his own way.

What he needed most right now was actually time. As long as he was given time, he was absolutely confident that he could bring down the bunch from Dark Strip City.

But now he couldn’t confront his opponents head-on; both he and the Star-Eye Clan were too weak.

After meeting with the two clan leaders, Cheng Liujin became the person responsible for communication with the city committee. Commander Huang Jin was much more diplomatic than others in dealing with people.

Watching Cheng Liujin wining and dining some people, flattering others, and then handing out large amounts of Moon Age Gold, both Pao Bai and Ye Zhongming felt somewhat uncomfortable.

But there was no way around it; the Star-Eye Clan had to go through this phase of endurance and strife.
