The map was confirmed to be the Forest of Ten Thousand Pillars.
This map is composed of countless thick stone pillars, which come in various shapes and sizes, providing numerous hiding spots above. Beneath these large stone pillars, there are countless small paths that crisscross, offering plenty of places to evade. In other words, this is a place for assassinations and counter-assassinations.
This map is actually a classic training ground for the Star-Eye Clan, and almost everyone is very familiar with it.
The starting points for both teams are directly opposite each other.
Usually, when using this map, various restrictions and conditions can be casually added. However, today, due to the requirement for complete annihilation, no time limits were set.
This is essentially a map that tests individual and small team capabilities, contrasting with the previous two rounds that focused on hard power and on-the-spot command; this is a chaotic battle map.
Of course, it is also the most suitable map for the Star-Eye Clan.
"The third thousand-person team and the fourth thousand-person team have similar strengths, and they’re facing the Forest of Ten Thousand Pillars map. I estimate that the winning side will likely have very few members left."
"Yes, the randomness of this map is quite significant, and according to the current rules, it might take a very long time to conclude. Just wait and see."
"We don’t know what strategies they will adopt, but ultimately, it will come down to patience. Whoever is more patient and willing to hide longer will have the advantage in the battle."
"Look, it’s starting."
The warriors from the Silver Camp and Gold Camp began discussing, and they were all energized when they saw the battle begin.
"Let’s see the third thousand-person team; they seem to have no intention of hiding at all."
As the battle commenced, the spectators were taken aback by the scene before them: all members of the third thousand-person team dispersed and quickly dashed forward along the small paths in front of them. Simultaneously, several individuals quickly climbed to the tops of the stone pillars, jumping around while directing their comrades below on the way forward.
On the other side, the fourth thousand-person team was much more cautious; they divided into five groups, steadily advancing along the paths without haste. Once in position, they began hiding atop the stone pillars.
This is also the sequential combat strategy most teams would adopt on this map.
When the third thousand-person team members atop the pillars spotted the enemy, they immediately signaled. The originally scattered team quickly regrouped towards the central area, with more members jumping onto the tops of the pillars, while others remained below, not hiding within the pillars.
At a certain moment, Jie Kui's team occupied only three paths, and they began jumping onto the pillars without concealing their figures, simply leaping from the rear pillars to the front while continuously advancing.
From above, the third thousand-person team now formed a rectangular '田' shape, advancing in sequence. The sides had fewer members, while the center had more, and the back had fewer people while the front had more.
At first, everyone was puzzled by what this meant, but when they clashed with the fourth thousand-person team, everyone was left astounded.
The members of the third thousand-person team dashed straight through the formation of the fourth thousand-person team.
Their speed was not as quick as before, but only slightly slower, and they did not stop; they continued forward until they reached the starting point of their opponent before turning around, beginning to repeat the previous process. The only difference was that those who had been responsible for the sides became those in the center of the '田' shape, while those who had previously been in the center moved to the sides.
A portion of the team also retreated to the back of the '田' formation.
Afterwards, this formation once again sliced through the middle of the fourth thousand-person team.
