In the crystal-clear cup, amber-colored liquid filled to the brim, faint wisps of gas continuously emerged from within, creating a gentle fragrance that wafted through the air.

Below lay the beautiful scenery of End City, while behind her, the last struggles of the novice battlefield unfolded.

For Queen Ning Jihua Mei of Lena Planet, the battle itself did not pique her interest much.

Having lived for a long time and seen many things, her experience from participating in the Desperate Battle rendered her indifferent to this level of bloodshed and the loss of life.

She preferred to focus on the beauty within the city.

"This young man from the Su Clan is quite impressive," remarked her maid as she filled the queen's cup with the exquisite wine, glancing at the light barrier displaying the battle situation.

"The complete Silk Sea Light Array has over hundreds of formation eyes. Setting it up is no simple task, yet its power is quite considerable."

Ning Jihua Mei smiled as she looked at the massive clock tower in the center of End City, but chose not to respond.

The maid sat beside her, clearly more interested in the happenings on the light barrier.

"Your majesty, what's so fascinating about this unchanging scenery? I find these little ones quite amusing."

By all rights, speaking so boldly to one of the most powerful individuals in the All Races of the Universe was quite disrespectful.

However, those who understood a bit about Lena Planet knew that this maid was not just an ordinary servant. She had been carefully trained from the beginning, equipped across various aspects, often on par with the training received by the queen's heir.

Since her birth, she had been the queen's shadow, protector, assistant, and friend.

This bond persisted from life to death.

The maid held an exceptionally high status within the entire Lena Planet system; while not exactly one person beneath ten thousand, she definitely ranked within the top ten.

"This isn't an unfair battle. What's there to see?"

"Is that the reason you don't want our people to get involved?"

"No, I just want our people to adapt to parasites as much as possible, rather than their own kind."

Ning Jihua Mei downed the wine in her cup and continued to gaze into the distance. After a moment, she asked, "Ana, what do you think? If I were to challenge the Grand Elder of the Gu Rui Star Clan now, who would win?"

The maid, Ana, suddenly stood up, looking very displeased as she stared at Ning Jihua Mei. "Your majesty, have you lost your mind? How could you have such thoughts?"

"The Overlord of Hall Planet, Zhenka, the Grand Elder of the Gu Rui Star Clan, Cheng Lang Gao, the patriarch of the Su Clan, Lai Su, and me—don’t you want to know who ranks first?"

Ning Jihua Mei calmly looked at her maid and continued, "Don’t you want to compete with that little dwarf from the Tarros Red Dwarf, that stubborn old man from Musk Ke Star, and the gloomy guy from Treasure Island, among others?"

"I don’t want to!"

The maid raised her voice, her expression worsening.

"Why not? At our level, perhaps only life and death can provide further improvement. Don’t you want to see that realm and level we've never stepped into among the All Races of the Universe?"

"I don’t want to!"

The maid resolutely rejected the idea again.

Afterward, she paced two circles on the spacious, exquisite balcony, looking at one of the most powerful beings in the universe. "Your majesty, this kind of thought is very dangerous."

"You know that all the things and speculations being said outside mean nothing to us. Even if there are differences between you and them, they are negligible. If you were to fight, the most likely outcome would be mutual destruction. Your thoughts hold no significance."

"And once you are lost, do you know what the Lena Star Camp will face?"

The maid grew increasingly agitated as she spoke.

"And your majesty," she added, "this is the first time in so many years that we have seen dawn. You cannot be so irresponsible."
