Doomsday Roulette

Chapter 1861: Great Nation Project 🌍

The goal of the plan wasn't anything special, it was somewhat 'rough'; it was simply about wanting to survive and do what the All Races of the Universe had failed to achieve over the years.

Countless people might have pondered this for many years.

Yet no one had succeeded.

They weren't surprised that Ye Zhongming thought this way; deep down, they felt the same, but it became clearer once it was laid bare.

Knowing is one thing, thinking is another, but how to do it and what to do were still unclear.

"First and foremost, the most important thing, is to strengthen ourselves. Only when we become strong enough to be unignorable in the All Races of the Universe will people listen to our opinions, will our words be taken seriously, and will we no longer be told, 'Newbie, are you upset? There are harsher things ahead.'"

Everyone else wanted to laugh, knowing Ye Zhongming was referring to Zizikaba.

"Some people have naturally succeeded in this," Ye Zhongming glanced at He, who looked like he wanted to say something but stopped; he knew these commissioned warriors were well aware of the matters concerning the All Races of the Universe. If merely becoming strong was the objective, it might still not be enough to control one's fate.

"What we need is true strength, strength in every aspect."

Ye Zhongming picked up a branch and drew several areas on the ground.

"There are many people in the All Races of the Universe, many strong ones, but what’s the ratio of strong individuals in each race?" He paused, not allowing anyone else to respond, and continued, "In the stronger races, it might only be around thirty percent, while about half are of the next tier in strength, and the rest are even lower-ranking. In some weaker races, strong individuals may only make up about one to twenty percent."

"With such a structure, how can they deal with the massive number of parasites beneath every slave race?" Ye Zhongming scoffed.

The others weren't fools; they understood the implications.

To put it plainly, it was about power!

Personal power! Family interests! Racial rights! Alliance privileges!

And interests!

Personal interests! Family profits! Racial benefits! Alliance gains!

Even though these races were forced by the slave races to the point of being homeless, clinging to seven artificial fortresses, they still hadn't given up on these.

In their view, especially for those great races, maintaining their dominance was of utmost importance. After all, the universe is vast, and even if the slave races consumed them one by one, it would take a long time. Maintaining the status quo was also a good thing.

There was even a viewpoint among the All Races of the Universe that suggested sending out probes into the depths of the universe where no one had ventured before, to find suitable habitats where they could recuperate until the slave races came knocking again, at which point they could regain their strength and fight back. If successful, everything would be fine; if they failed, they could still carry more people and more Survivor Fortresses to continue drifting in the universe.

Perhaps finding a habitable planet would free them from their dependence on Moon Age Gold. Even if that didn't work, they could continue to send people out to hunt parasites for their needs.

If it weren't for the mysterious object known as the roulette pressing down on the All Races of the Universe, they might have done this a long time ago.

But Ye Zhongming could not accept this method because his home planet was already enveloped by the slave races and was continuously drained of energy. It wouldn't be long before it would become a dead star!

That place was his home.

This plan was initially not just a personal win plan, but rather the great earth project!

How could Ye Zhongming and Ji Rui Guang, who wielded great power in the National District, tolerate anyone riding on their necks? Whether it was the All Races of the Universe, the slave races, or even the super technological forces behind the roulette, in their eyes, they were all objects to be conquered, not to be enslaved!
