Wade exclaimed as Ye Zhongming threw his punch.
As an older brother, he was acutely aware of his younger brother's weakness—his penchant for gambling in battle. Wade had scolded A Di many times about this, but hofu kafu always had a ready rebuttal.
He argued that his gambling was based on solid reasoning, a decision made according to the actual situation, and that he only gambled when the odds were in his favor.
And in battle, how could one avoid gambling? In the face of danger or difficult choices, was fleeing always the solution?
Wade had often found himself speechless in the face of such arguments and had even lost his temper. However, this deep-seated trait was too difficult to change. Although hofu kafu had made significant changes under Wade's tutorage, in moments of true crisis, his instincts always took precedence.
Wade didn't know how things would turn out; he only saw Ye Zhongming unflinchingly using his arm to block the knife. Such an illogical action was bizarre, and out of caution, he shouted for his brother to dodge.
If he could just get out of the way and ensure his own safety first, he didn't care whether the opponent would escape through that gap.

But upon seeing his brother suddenly put more force into his attack, Wade knew he had chosen to gamble again. All he could do was hurry over to help.
After using his hand to dig into the ground to attack Ye Zhongming with sand, Wade landed and charged forward; in the next moment, he would reach the battlefield.
As he fully turned to face his brother and Ye Zhongming, he saw the punch.
The punch that struck his brother's face.
Then, red, black, and purple colors erupted everywhere!
Wade's vision went dark for a moment, his mind briefly disoriented.
He had only one thought in his heart... it was over.

After his momentary daze, Wade rushed over like a madman. He had to pull his brother away; as long as he was alive, he had medicines that could save him. He was willing to pay any price to send hofu kafu back to their clan for healing; he could fully recover.
But then he saw the gaps in his brother's head… the reason he noticed was that Ye Zhongming had caused many cracks in hofu kafu's head with that punch… smoke was rising, and the scent of roasted meat wafted out.
Ah!!!
Even though Wade didn't know what that was, he clearly understood that his brother was beyond saving… his brain was burned out.
Having done all this, Ye Zhongming remained utterly unmoved; he felt neither joy for having killed his opponent nor pain from the two deep wounds exposing bone on his left arm from blocking the knife. Instead, he continued to push forward, crashing into hofu kafu's corpse, forcefully throwing the body towards the little girl who was about to fall from the air.
