Through the window of an abandoned factory at the mountaintop, a man cautiously peered outside. He was an evolver from Guan City, a third-tier city in the southern part of Ying City. Ever since being attacked by the forces led by the Shasha Team a few days ago, this was the first time those evolvers surrounding Cloud Summit had truly ceased fighting.

The physical prowess of evolvers allowed them to fight for extended periods without rest. For the sake of victory, they engaged in continuous battles. From initial raids to head-on confrontations, and then to harassment tactics, the forms of combat constantly changed. Yet both sides remained evenly matched.

Under the organization of several bosses, various teams from Guan City united, having long anticipated Cloud Summit Villa's intentions. They not only taught the Shasha Team a lesson at the start of the fighting but also delivered strikes against the real Cloud Summit Team.

Despite the apparent imbalance in casualties—around a hundred from Cloud Summit were killed while over three hundred from their side perished—many teams viewed this as a significant victory, believing it shattered the myth of Cloud Summit's invincibility. However, the subsequent alliance between the Shasha Team and Cloud Summit Team brought great suffering to these individuals. While they didn't continuously retreat, they progressively abandoned their positions and were now close to being driven out of Guan City's territory.

A middle-aged man sitting on a rickety chair shouted, bringing silence to the room. He was the boss of the Reorganization Team in Guan City. Although he had not been in power for long, he held considerable influence and was one of the strongest evolvers present, having reached the seven-star level.

Around him stood or sat several notable figures from Guan City. This man stood up, glanced outside, his eyes flickering with something unusual. He walked around the factory twice, as if considering or waiting for something.
