Xia Lei sat by the bed, gazing out at the pitch-black night, the deep darkness reflecting her current mood.
She had never imagined that the person she had been searching for and wanted to be with through thick and thin would make such a request.
"Accompany someone to sleep?"
Xia Lei felt as if everything she had was shattered by these four words.
