"Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas in advance~~"
No one would care about the small droplet-shaped earring on the giant dragon's ear.
Yangos’ dragon ears were already very small and usually connected to some auxiliary flight structures on its head.
At least to those who were unfamiliar with the Dragon Race’s anatomy, it seemed that the Evil Dragon had no ears.
In fact, Yangos did have ears; they were just not very obvious.
As Ye Zhongming's battle pet, Yangos naturally benefited from this. It had been nagging about it for days before the earth yellow pill woke up, and when it saw the set of battle gear prepared for it, the Evil Dragon couldn’t sit still.
It had reached the point where it would disturb Ye Zhongming's married life if it didn’t get what it wanted.
Ye Zhongming wouldn't treat it poorly, though. While he couldn’t provide a full set of battle gear suitable for this Evil Dragon, finding one or two pieces was still possible.
For instance, the droplet-shaped earring on Yangos’ ear was one such piece.
This piece of battle gear was called the Treasure Blessing Drip.
It was a disposable item, with only one function: when a battle beast received severe damage that could threaten its life, the Treasure Blessing Drip would automatically explode and transform into a burst of energy to heal the battle beast.
Because it needed to monitor the battle beast's life status, it was designed in the shape of an earring.
Although Yangos expressed gratitude for its master’s brilliance, deep down, it was somewhat skeptical about this earring.
In its view, this item was not particularly useful. With its current top-tier eighth-level life strength, it rarely encountered opponents of the same level that it couldn’t defeat; against those of lower levels, it was invincible and didn’t need this item.
If it faced someone stronger, even if this item could heal it a little, how would that help? It would still get beaten down again.
However, now Yangos felt that its previous thoughts were foolish. This world was not simply determined by comprehensive strength in measuring battle outcomes. Sometimes, certain traits were enough to tip the scale of victory.
Take the Flashing Eagle, for instance. In terms of comprehensive strength, it was far inferior to Yangos, but because of its speed and high attack power, it nearly killed a member of the Dragon Race. Without the Treasure Blessing Drip, that battle would have resulted in both sides suffering heavily.
In that moment of survival, Yangos deeply appreciated the benefits of having a strong backing.
It also knew that Ye Zhongming had likely spent a considerable amount to acquire this unassuming little earring for it.
Battle gear was already scarce, and the Treasure Blessing Drip was something that could save lives, making it even more precious. The Evil Dragon felt a pang of regret.
In the sky, Yangos had resolved its battle, but the battle on the ground was still intense.
The earth yellow pill's opponent was the Zombie Tiger. Compared to the elegantly designed Flashing Eagle, this creature was rather ugly.
It had none of the majestic presence of a land overlord; its hairless, gray-black skin was riddled with rotten holes, not rotten enough to reveal bones and entrails.
These decayed scars emitted a foul odor, and one could even see some insects wriggling upon them, making one feel nauseous.
In terms of size, it was comparable to the earth yellow pill; however, in appearance, they were worlds apart.
The earth yellow pill, bathed in golden-red hues, now looked as beautiful as the most exquisite statue.
The Zombie Tiger glanced sideways at the Ghost Wolf, then focused back on its target.
The Zombie Tiger was a product of animal zombification, but in essence, it wasn't much different from other mutated animals. It was quite intelligent and realized that it had to eliminate the opponent before it could assist its two companions.
The bald skin tiger slapped its front paw on the ground.
Immediately, the ground around it began to churn, and within seconds, countless undead lifeforms began to emerge.
