“Besides that, after passing through the Ice Corridor and avoiding these ice worms, you will encounter some frost beasts,” Tong Steward said seriously, clearly having been here himself.
Ye Zhongming listened while recalling the information he had obtained. There was indeed some information about the Hundred Caves Marsh, but since it was verbally communicated, it was lengthy and some details were omitted. What Ye Zhongming remembered was that the underground here was actually interconnected; the more openings you opened, the more you would enter new places, where there were very good rewards.
As for how many openings there were, the person mentioned it briefly, but Ye Zhongming had forgotten.
Although evolvers have excellent memories, they are not infallible, especially since Ye Zhongming had focused on the areas he needed.

While some of the others were somewhat unhappy about the involvement of the two stewards from the Five Rings Society and the Cloud Summit Villa, they empathized upon hearing this. They had all been down to experience it before, but after leaving behind the corpses of many of their subordinates, they came back up.
It was a universally acknowledged fact that the area below was not a place for people to stay.
“Our previous idea was that since we couldn’t match them in strength, we would use intelligence to outsmart them. We could find some evolvers with speed professions or those capable of concealing their bodies to quietly pass through the Ice Corridor and the frost beast area, directly reaching the deepest part to see what was there, but it failed.”
Ye Zhongming understood that Tong Steward was referring to Mina and Garan. The Five Rings Society probably didn't understand the conflict between the soulfire igniter and frequency insight as their main and secondary professions, thinking they could rely on the heat from their main profession to resist the cold while using frequency insight to hide.
No wonder Garan and Mina looked so defeated; they must have suffered after descending and were subsequently abandoned.
Faced with these forces entering the advanced adventure area, it was indeed impossible for their evolution levels to gain respect.

To put it simply, this adventure location was somewhat special; the main opponents were the low temperatures and the heat-absorbing worms. Those ice mists must be endless; passing through there requires a great price, and then encountering numerous frost beasts would leave one feeling powerless. No wonder these forces were at a loss.
When Ye Zhongming entered earlier, he noticed that the completion rate here was only zero percent. He had thought it was an undeveloped area and that he was merely accompanying the exploration. Now it appeared that the high difficulty had completely stumped these large forces.
He also understood why the resistance area was here, led by someone like Zhang Zhongzheng. It seemed they held some illusions about this place but deemed it optional, as the main forces were attacking other locations, leaving this place merely to occupy a position.
“Tong Steward, Water Steward, what you’re doing… isn’t quite right,” Ye Zhongming narrowed his eyes, his tone turning cold.
