“Star Spirit employment period, fifteen days.”
“During the employment period, the output of Stardust Sand is halved.”
Fifteen days? Output halved?
Such hints undoubtedly left Ye Zhongming very dissatisfied; neither the duration of the employment nor the efficiency met his expectations.
“Break through the mother disk space and obtain the most employment opportunities to ultimately win the permanent ownership of the Star Spirit.”
This hint was much more appealing, at least it informed him about how to possess the Star Spirit.
Ye Zhongming began to understand; Haman Dan had not been entirely truthful with him here. The Star Spirit was not taken from him by someone else, but rather it was simply the end of his employment period; the Star Spirit would naturally return to the mother disk, and others who obtained this little creature did so through legitimate means rather than stealing it from him.
He just wondered if anyone had employed the Star Spirit multiple times since this related to the final ownership of the Star Spirit.
As for the Elemental Spirit, Ye Zhongming was determined to acquire it, but he feared that someone had hired the Elemental Spirit many times, like the King from the Holy City.
However, he didn’t have the time to ponder such questions, as he had just exited the roulette space and immediately spotted a person.
This was a very strange man; he wore a black robe and held a crystal ball in his right hand. Although the robe was connected to a hood, he did not wear it, revealing white hair and a somewhat peculiar face.
The reason for describing the face as peculiar was because it gave an overwhelmingly complex feeling.
It appeared somewhat kind, somewhat amiable, somewhat terrifying, somewhat murderous, somewhat smiling, and somewhat confused…
It seemed as though many faces were merged into one.
Originally, after Ye Zhongming emerged, he should have faced the Sand monsters surrounding the mother disk immediately, but at this moment, the Sand monsters remained in place, and the Cloud Summit warriors continued to struggle against these creatures in the distance. Ye Zhongming could even sense the waves of connections emitted by the golden floating orb above him.
Yet, the Sand monsters and the Cloud Summit warriors seemed to have no awareness of his presence, showing no reaction to his arrival.
“Your time spent here is surprisingly short.”
The person opposite him spoke first, making Ye Zhongming's imminent attack pause.
Feeling the ethereal aura emanating from this person and the energy fluctuations that were no less than his own, Ye Zhongming thought of someone.
“Jannadrah?”
The elder across from him nodded, “It is I.”
This was not difficult to guess; in the entire West Asia Zone, there were only a handful of people capable of standing in front of Ye Zhongming in this manner, and the only ones who knew Ye Zhongming had come here were those two in the Holy City. Although Ye Zhongming had never met the king, there was a statue of him in the Holy City, so who this person before him was became clear.
“Is there something you need?”
Just two simple words, but they brought the atmosphere between the two to a turning point.
“Is there something?” Although it was merely a question, it implied the meaning behind the words.
If not, then why are you blocking my way? If yes, what is it? Stealing something, or something else?
Jannadrah's answer might signify the beginning of a battle between two seven-star evolvers.
For this person who had left a shadow of defeat in the hearts of the nine-star evolvers from the Chinese district in his past life, Ye Zhongming felt an overwhelming sense of vigilance.
The profession of stellar prophet was indeed quite mysterious; Ye Zhongming had no certainty of victory, especially since his current state was not optimal, and the defense of his battle armor had decreased a level.
Jannadrah glanced at the two Elemental Spirits on Ye Zhongming's shoulders, displaying a clear envy in his eyes.
