Note From Developer: Iâm a big fan of Chinese web novels, but I often came across great stories with poor translations. Thatâs why I started this website! My goal is to make this the best web novel translation site out there. If you have any suggestions or feedback, feel free to reach out on Discord or Instagram.

A brief summary.
Feel free to skip reading.
ăYuniă
11 years old. Level 2. No skills.
A maid at the gatehouse inn. Orphanage background. Friend of Pochi and Tama. Hardworking.
ăShoemakeră
A man who repaired shoes at a street stall. He also made shoes but refused orders from Arisa and others, saying he didn't want to touch demi-human feet.
Short-tempered personality who tried to punch the persistent Arisa.
ăManager of the Odd Jobs Shopă
An Elf. Long dark green hair close to black, pointed ears. Small and too thin.
Initially treated as the "bearded old man," but later said to look surprisingly young.
Has a childish mentality, sulking over small things.
Hates being mistaken for the Ear-Long (Buchi) Tribe.
His relationship with Nadi-san is unknown.
ăShopkeeper Aă
Sold a broken magical artifact called "Lure of the Dream Moths on a Moonlit Night" at the flea market. A tough merchant who tried to sell it as an art piece even when pointed out that it was broken.
ăShopkeeper Bă
Sold glasses frames only at the flea market.
A timid merchant who, at Arisa's scream, was so intimidated he couldn't even try to sell. Needs more training.
ăShopkeeper Că
A hired shopkeeper to save funds.
Sold Karuta cards at the flea market, calling them ancient magical empire toys without knowing their origin. The Karuta and paper bundles were bought cheaply from fallen noble estates by his employer merchant.
Tried to sell learning cards to the Merchant Guild but couldn't agree on a price. Satou bought the prototype, which helped childrenâs learning.
ăCar Crash Scammeră
An old-fashioned type of car crash scammer. Even when his initial attack was dodged, he relentlessly grabbed and tried again.
Was knocked out by Satouâs ruthless counterattack and rolled into an alley.
His expensive velvet cloth wrapping his clothes and box met an unfortunate fate, needless to say.
Apparently unaware of the vigilante group's existence, likely part of a raiding group from another town.
ăEast District Vigilante Groupă
Responsible for security at the flea market. More of a yakuza-style group.
ăGuard Dog Guildă
Also responsible for security at the flea market. They catch criminals and hand them over to the territorial government for bounty rewards. This time, they were hired by the flea market organizers to participate in security.
ăSpinning Top Shop Owneră
Sold a magically spinning top called the Spinning Disc (Rolling Ring) at the flea market.
Reluctantly cooperated with Satouâs experiments.
ăJahadă
Only mentioned by name. An old magician in the Royal Capital.
Famous for making useless magical tools. Has many books but sales are poor.
ăFake Gentlemană
A gentle-looking gentleman but with snake-like eyes. Does not possess the deception skill.
A scammer who tried to sell a chunk of rock salt to the protagonist as an expensive alchemy material.
Was immediately identified as rock salt by the owner of an alchemy shop passing by and was escorted away by a large bodyguard.
ăAlchemy Shop Ownerâs Bodyguardă
Members of the East District Vigilante Group. Work so fast that Satou was amazed.
ăYosaguă
A male coachman of a public carriage. Likes entertainment districts and big breasts. Very caring.
Originally a coachman for merchant group horse carts. Has many acquaintances in the Merchant Guild.
Taught Satou the basics of being a coachman.
Though not appearing in the story, he was married but widowed. Lives with his young child and his late wifeâs sister.
ăSniffuneă
A fairly important person in the Merchant Guild.
Sold various goods to Satou when selling carriages.
Says kindly that if Dragon White Stone fails to sell, the local guild will buy it at the same price, but considering transport costs and town tariffs, itâs not so kind.
ăStreet Prostitute Daughtersă
Usually work as waitresses and prostitutes at inns and taverns in East Street. Many come from orphanages or poor backgrounds. Appearance mostly average or below.
About 30% have the sex technique skill. Nearly 60% have latent venereal disease. Those with active venereal disease work secretly.
