Zhao Hai was unaware of the discussions happening among the divine race. During their first meeting abandonment, the divine race used a magic circle that could block divine sense, and this magic circle was also effective against spatial elements.

In addition to the human race's armies, there were also troops from the Elven Race, dwarf clan, orc tribe, and sea tribe, capable of assembling tens of millions of troops on Ark Continent. Especially the sea tribe, no one knew the extent of the Endless Sea or how many sea tribe people existed. These sea tribe individuals had their own armies, and even the royal mermaid clan within the sea tribe could not quantify their war potential.

In fact, the management approach of the sea tribe had been quite relaxed historically. All sea tribe members acknowledged the mermaid clan as the kings of the sea tribe and complied with their governance. However, the mermaid clan did not impose heavy taxation, leading to a naturally relaxed management style.
