First, I advised that it would be better to understand what the old technology was like before choosing the new one. Upon hearing this, Brynhildr began asking Richarda in detail about the old clothing.

Watching the two of them getting excited over their shared keen interest in costumes and accessories brought a smile to my face. Just then, Otilier arrived with an invitation.

“Lady Rosemine, you are being summoned from Aub Ehrenfest at the fifth bell.”

Since the high priest had informed us of the time to return to the castle via Ordnance, the meeting was scheduled to take place just as we were taking a break. Although I already knew from the Ordnance messages, it seemed that an official invitation had arrived at the room.

This tea party was mainly a discussion in preparation for the lords' council. The entire lord family would gather, and since topics like printing business and downtown development would be discussed, it seemed my mother was also invited.

“I understand Lord Wilfried and Lady Rosemine from the noble academy will attend, but Lady Charlotte will join as well?”

Normally, work would begin as an apprentice after entering the noble academy. Children who had completed their baptism ceremony would help their parents with work or inquire with relatives and acquaintances about what sort of work was involved, while considering their future and choosing a course at the noble academy.

Charlotte had already been selected as a lord candidate, and since she wished to work together with us, she was involved with the printing business this time as well.

“Charlotte is working hard, so she must attend the meeting. The attendants would be troubled if she were the only one unaware of the situation, right?”

“I'm a little worried that both Lady Rosemine and Lady Charlotte are prioritizing work over bridal training,” Otilier said, lightly exhaling as she placed a hand on her cheek. It seemed Charlotte, as a lord candidate, was desperately trying not to be left behind me and Wilfried. However, since Wilfried and I had become engaged, the next lord had essentially been decided. Otilier and Charlotte’s attendant were talking about hoping Charlotte would also take bridal training seriously.

Of course, what I treasure most is reading. I can put all my effort into expanding the printing business to enjoy reading without worry, but I have no real intention to seriously engage in bridal training.

The attendants accompanying today were Richarda and Liselotte, and the Guard Knights were Brother Cornelius, Leonore, and Judith. When I boarded the mini bus, we set off for the conference room on the second floor of the main building.

“I’m nervous to be attending a meeting where the entire lord family gathers, as a lower noble like myself.”

“As an upper noble, I’m equally nervous. It’s my first time attending a meeting with the entire lord family,” Filine replied, her hands trembling as she clutched her stationery. Hartmut’s face was also somewhat tense. Liselotte bore a striking resemblance to Angelica and smiled warmly.

“I’m nervous too, but we just need to faithfully do our jobs. What is required of us is to carry out our duties reliably.”

...I thought Liselotte and Angelica only looked alike, but their approach to work seems similar as well.

Although attendants and Guard Knights have different responsibilities, they share a similar attitude in diligently completing their tasks. While Angelica completely separates herself from intellectual work, she is exceptionally serious and passionate about guard duties.

Liselotte, whom Richarda is eagerly training, shows remarkable attentiveness and consideration. At first glance she seems plain and unassuming, but it feels like everything necessary is prepared exactly where it should be.
