At this critical moment, Tan Yun shouted telepathically, “Zi Shan, today my life depends on you!”

“He can’t release Divine Power, and thus can’t unleash divine consciousness. Hurry out and blind him first!”

“Understood, master! Please hold on!”

As Zi Shan’s anxious voice echoed in Tan Yun’s mind, a beam of purple light shot out from Tan Yun’s right ear and suddenly transformed into a massive purple evil spirit, towering at a height of a thousand feet and stretching three thousand feet long in front of him.

Zi Shan let out a piercing cry, her body surging with vast Divine Power, baring her vicious fangs, and raising her right foreleg, which looked like a giant claw, to strike at the defenseless Spadaro’s face!

“Damn, what the hell is that… Ah… my eyes!”

Spadaro let out a savage scream as blood sprayed forth; Zi Shan’s right claw had slashed his eyes apart.

Despite being blind, Spadaro did not loosen his grip on Tan Yun’s chin. “Jing Yun, do you think that just because I’m blind, I would subconsciously let go?”

“I’ll tell you, you’re wrong! No matter what, you will die!”

Spadaro howled with a twisted face, attempting to exert power with both arms. Zi Shan opened her bloody maw and bit down hard on Spadaro’s right hand, causing blood to flow profusely.

“Damn it, I’m going to tear you apart!”

Spadaro cursed in pain, hurriedly releasing his grip on Tan Yun’s chin, for if he didn’t, Zi Shan would crush his wrist!

After releasing his grip on Tan Yun, Spadaro was still on top of him, using his left hand to violently grip Zi Shan’s neck.

Instantly, Zi Shan’s expression twisted in pain, and she had to let go of Spadaro’s right wrist.

“Die!” With his left hand gripping Zi Shan’s neck and his right fist raised, Spadaro swung at her face.

“Master, save me!” Zi Shan's eyes were filled with despair, knowing she couldn’t withstand Spadaro's punch.

“Ah!”

Injured and desperate, Tan Yun let out a furious roar. He had only one thought now: save Zi Shan and kill Spadaro.

Zi Shan had followed him out of the God-Eating Abyss, trusting him so deeply; he couldn’t let her die.

Moreover, if Zi Shan died, the consequences would be unimaginable.

Because if Zi Shan died, the blind Spadaro would regain his Divine Power and be able to use divine consciousness. With his fourth rank divine king status, killing him would be no different than crushing an ant!

And! All the Baijia army would perish.

“I’ll fight you to the death!” Injured, Tan Yun immediately ignited his primordial saint king soul, flames roaring atop his head.

As the saint king soul burned, Tan Yun’s power surged greatly. He struggled to rise, locking his arms around Spadaro’s right arm, causing his right fist to swing wildly, missing Zi Shan’s face.

Holding tightly to Spadaro’s right arm, Tan Yun wrapped his legs around his waist, executing the ground grappling lock technique, controlling his body with his legs, and desperately pulling on Spadaro’s right arm backward!

“Break it!”

Injured and spitting blood, Tan Yun’s arms exerted tremendous force, and Spadaro's right arm swiftly distorted.

“I will not die!” Spadaro roared, burning his divine king soul as well!

Yet he still gripped Zi Shan’s neck tightly; he knew he could never let go, or else he would die faster against the combined might of Tan Yun and the blind Zi Shan!

When Tan Yun saw Spadaro burning his divine king soul, he panicked completely. Clenching his teeth, he tilted his head back and roared, exerting his arms once more.

Finally!

“Crack!”

Tan Yun’s arms forcefully snapped Spadaro’s right arm, blood spraying as bone jutted out from the skin.

“Ah!” Spadaro howled in agony, struggling to rise. Tan Yun released his feet from Spadaro’s waist, seizing his severed arm and using its sharp bone to stab into Spadaro's neck, blood spilling forth!

“Puff, puff—”

Tan Yun flipped over and sat on Spadaro’s back, repeatedly stabbing with the severed bone, each thrust drawing forth blood as Spadaro let out a pained wail.
