Chapter 388: Quhun's Demonic Might
Han Li and Quhun hurriedly flew out from Little Huan Island, but just after steering the Divine Wind Boat more than ten miles away from the island, Han Li’s expression suddenly darkened as he stopped the boat.

You’d better surrender quickly!” One of the late foundation establishment stage cultivators among them shouted arrogantly the moment he appeared.
Han Li and Quhun had been holding back their cultivation base to avoid suspicion, which caused these people to misjudge their true strength and behave so recklessly.
Although they were somewhat surprised that Han Li had detected their movements early and foiled their ambush, with their manpower and cultivation, dealing with a qi refining stage cultivator and a foundation establishment stage cultivator was an easy task, so they didn’t take it too seriously and decided to directly attack.
Han Li quietly sized them up, then calmly said, “You are cultivators from Kui Xing Island? If you accuse me of killing other cultivators, what evidence do you have?”

Immediately, the cultivators launched their attack without exchanging words, unleashing various magical artifacts simultaneously. Fierce beams of multicolored light charged toward Han Li.
Han Li’s eyelid twitched.
This was no mere attempt to subdue and revoke cultivation bases. Judging by their murderous intent, they clearly intended to kill him in one strike.
Though unsure if there was some trick behind it, Han Li couldn’t help but feel murderous himself.
“Quhun, kill them! Don’t let a single one escape!” Han Li’s voice was low, but extremely cold.
Quhun, who had been standing silently behind him, stepped forward. A shocking blood aura burst from him, and he instantly transformed into a dazzling orb of light.
With a low howl, yellow light flashed beneath Quhun’s feet as he charged at the magical artifacts.
After a few flickers, Quhun disappeared amidst the dazzling beams, but then a surge of blood-colored light expanded, enveloping numerous magical artifacts within a sphere thirty or so meters in diameter, slowing their movements considerably.
Quhun’s figure then appeared at the center of the blood light. Expressionless, he formed a hand seal and uttered the word “Forbidden.”
Immediately, the magical artifacts seemed to be compelled by some force, obediently shooting toward Quhun’s side. With a wave of his sleeve, they vanished into thin air as if absorbed.
Then, Quhun turned blankly to face the law enforcement cultivators, who were dumbfounded by the scene before them.
